Anushka Merchande on Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2: Vidyut sir is a very humble and kind person

16-year-old Anushka Merchande seems to be going places as she is gearing up for her film appearance in Vidyut Jammwal lead Khud Haafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pariksha. The poster and release date for the same came out just today, and it is safe to say that Anushka is excited.

India Forums got in touch with her, and as someone who has been a part of TV shows, we asked her how was it shooting for a movie as opposed to TV shows. She said,

It was definitely a different and amazing experience. I learnt a lot and got a chance to express myself through acting. Shooting at Lucknow, at a crowded place as well as in rural areas overnight was definitely a challenge and quite an experience. We do not get to experience this in daily soaps. So I really felt great while filming the movie. 

On her experience working with Vidyut, she said,

''Vidyut sir is a very humble and kind person. He is a great actor and is very supportive towards his co-actors which gives you confidence while performing. Shooting with him and with such an outstanding director, Faruk sir, was certainly a very great experience and I’m really grateful that I got an opportunity to shoot my first movie with them. I’m grateful and blessed to be a part of this movie.''

Meanwhile, she has been a part of shows like Bhagya Lakshmi, and Chikoo - Yeh Ishq Nachaye, among others. Meanwhile, the movie is slated for a release on June 17.
