Anupamaa: Anupama discovers Prem's passion for cooking

Tonight's Anupamaa episode opens with Anupama quietly observing Rahi (Adhya) as she sleeps on the bus. Ansh notices Anupama's gaze and inquires about it. Anupama shares her deep yearning to see her daughter after so many years. As Rahi leans her head against Anupama's shoulder, Ansh captures the moment with a photo. Anupama then takes Ansh's phone and snaps a selfie with Rahi.

Meanwhile, Mahi and Pari are busy decorating the house to warmly welcome Rahi. Dolly expresses her anxiety, hoping the girl Anupama is bringing back isn't Aadhya. Toshu advises Baa to prevent Aadhya from entering, but Baa reminds him that Anupama now manages the house after he and his father sold it. She urges Toshu to get the mess he created sorted out before Anupama arrives.

Rahi's attempt to escape:

When Rahi wakes up, Ansh asks her about her journey to Dwarka. Rahi responds that she feels all her relationships ended with her father's death. Anupama fights back tears as she offers Rahi some thepla, which Rahi rejects, snapping at her instead. Ansh enjoys the snack while Rahi heads to the restroom as the bus makes a stop. Ansh questions Anupama about Rahi's harsh words, to which Anupama responds that Krishna Ji brought them together and would mend their relationship.

Rahi, at the restroom, grapples with the difficulty of leaving her children to join the Shah family, feeling punished by God. As she contemplates her situation, she starts to escape but hesitates. Anupama notices Rahi's absence and worries, prompting her and Ansh to search for her. Meanwhile, Prem stops Rahi from leaving, insisting he won't let her run away from her mother.

Back at the Shah house, Toshu practices what to say in front of a mirror, trying to prepare to confront Anupama about his mistake. Kinjal advises him to confess, but Toshu brushes it off, insisting he can handle it alone.

Ishani lashes out at Pakhi:

Elsewhere, Anupama, desperately searching for Rahi, is filled with despair, believing her daughter has left her once again. Just then, Prem returns with Rahi, tying her hand to Anupama's saree. Ansh confronts Prem, questioning if he is following them. Prem explains that his car broke down and he was waiting for a bus. He decides to join them, and Anupama welcomes his company.

At the Shah household, Ishani receives a distressing call and hangs up, causing Mahi and Pari to notice her upset demeanour. They try to cheer her up by asking about her food preferences. Pakhi then advises Ishani not to worry about Aadhya's arrival. She goes on to ask about Ishani's shoot and picnic experience. Ishani berates her for her continuous interference and walks away, making a dismissive comment. Kinjal contrasts Ishani's disrespectful behaviour with Mahi's more respectful manner of speaking to her. She tells Pakhi she will understand how Anupama feels when Pakhi speaks rudely to her. Pakhi retorts that Kinjal should manage Pari, while she will take care of Ishu.

Adhya returns home:

Ansh strikes up a conversation with Prem about his life, discovering that he frequently travels and has a passion for cooking. Anupama is delighted to hear this, mentioning that she also loves cooking. As Prem enthusiastically discusses his culinary interests, Rahi becomes increasingly irritated and hints that they are disturbing the other passengers. To tease her, Prem leans over the back of her seat and begins whispering animatedly in her ear about his love for spices. Anupama joyfully responds that she shares the same interest. However, Rahi, still annoyed, tells Anupama to stop bothering everyone.

Upon returning home, Ansh announces to the family that they've brought back Aadhya, who is also known as Rahi. Dolly feels uneasy about this news. As Rahi steps into the house, she reminisces about her childhood, but Anupama notices her discomfort and reassures her, emphasising the familial bond. Rahi coldly retorts, stating that since they aren't related, their family can't be hers.

In the precap, Rahi reacts angrily to seeing Choti Anu's name on the cake, ruining it in frustration and declaring her hatred for it. Pakhi cynically suggests that Anupama should disown Rahi, to which Anupama firmly responds that she could have done the same with her and Toshu long ago. Dolly remarks that Rahi is adopted, but Anupama defends Rahi, asserting, "Rahi is my Kanha."
