Recently Karan Johar announced a new film "Dhadak", under the banner of Dharma production. The film created lots of hypes for mostly two reasons. First the film is the remake of super hit Marathi film "Sairat", and second that it will feature two new faces, Ishaan Khattar and Janhavi Kapoor, for which KJo got accused of nepotism, again.
The original film "Sairat" was a blockbuster, and it left an impression on the audience with it's fantastic story and music. The music was composed by duo Ajay Gogavale & Atul Gogavale and they gave us some brilliant song like 'Zingat' and 'Yad Laglay'.
Now as per the reports, KJo has decided to retain the duo for this remake. He believes that they will create the same magic for "Dhadak". He has already worked with this music duo, for film "Agneepath" and "Brothers".
Confirming the same, a source said, "KJo already knows about the body of work that the duo boasts of. Also Sairat's album was a chart buster so it was quite obvious that Ajay-Atul would be retained for the film."
