Adivi Sesh and Shruti Haasan set for an action-packed venture

In a promising collaboration, South Indian stars Adivi Sesh and Shruti Haasan are set to headline an upcoming pan-Indian action drama produced by the esteemed Telugu production house Annapurna Studios.

This venture, yet to be titled, will see Adivi Sesh and Shruti Haasan leading the cast and will be shot in both Telugu and Hindi. Notably, this marks Adivi Sesh's second foray into Hindi cinema after his lead role in the 2022 action drama "Major."

The film is helmed by cinematographer Shaneil Deo, making his feature directorial debut. Supriya Yarlagadda, the head of Annapurna Studios, is producing the film, and Suniel Narang is co-producing. 

Adivi Sesh and Shaneil Deo are collaboratively working on the script with shared story credits. According to the producers, the uniqueness of this project lies in shooting every scene and dialogue separately in Hindi and Telugu, tailoring the treatment to the cultural nuances of each language.

Annapurna Studios, a prominent player in the Telugu-language film industry (Tollywood), boasts recent successes like "Bangarraju" and "Anubhavinchu Raja."

Shaneil Deo, known for his work as a cinematographer in Telugu blockbusters like "Kshanam" and "Goodachari," has previously directed the acclaimed coming-of-age short film "Layla," which screened at Cannes' Short Film Corner.
