But acting aside also this gen has seen some seriously weird sh*t!! That burning thing KP did after Abhira left the house, the FL literally one step short of begging on the streets, the whole constant sautela crap served to the ML, the matriarch calling her grandchild an investment for the future, a married woman wanting to marry her brother in law on his wedding day, now this whole Ulta Aarti and curse and the whole corona bhaag Jao type vessels banging crap!! That's some illustrious list of crappy things this show has seen in one year this gen!!

Definitely. This gen they have been trying out themes from old ekta shows without the entertainment quotient, nor do they resolve any track properly. Toxic shows or tropes are not new, and I can handle a lot of it tbh, but at least in most shows you could always trust the "bad guys" to ultimately have an insulting and explosive fall. But over the year, it has been just the leads getting tortured here while the negative characters have been just chilling. Their wrongdoings are barely called out, nor do they have any character growth. There is zero repercussions.
