When Divyanka with Sharad, she firmly believe in the prince charming concept. When she broke up with Sharad, she used to proclaim how that incident made her realize the fact women needed to remain independent, no need of being rescued by a man/prince charming. Then she got into a relationship with Vivek and her stance changed again. She then believed in prince charming again and openly proclaimed in interviews how her life was upside down after breakup and how Vivek came in her life and rescued her and her life as a perfect prince charming. And now when she is about to embark on a new concentrating on women issues, she is again giving self-contradicting opinions. Anyone, who knows Divyanka all these years and not her blind fans, particularly aware of the frenzied situations post breakup and after Vivek in her life, will be perplexed with such contradictions, there will be millions. They will lose believe in media's projection of feminism and women empowerment, that's not a joke. It's a very serious subject.

Divyanka keeps on changing her stance according to the situations of her personal life or the shows she is in and one version of her statement constantly conflicts with the other one. This is feminism and in countries like India where women are subject to all kinds of persecutions, Divyanka should tread carefully in choosing words and don't make such important topic ridiculous and silly to suit her own narrative.

Not all can hope for Prince Charming to rescue them from distress .

A good point .

If AB promotes polio shots it doesn’t mean that any of his family members may have suffered due to it.

A popular figure who has a good following has got a greater reach .Thats it .Personal issues are independent .

Slaves will always be ready to even swallow vomit of the ones they worship.

There were never more than 1 lakh Britishers in British India but still they ruled 300 million Indians at that time. The Britishers knew the slave mentality of Indians very well.

Now the politicians and the celebs know too and exploit it accordingly.

Divyanka may have a satisfying married life but that in no which manner means that she needs a guy to rescue her from any tough situation life may through her way. She's fully capable of defending herself.

A woman needs to be independent.

That doesn't mean she should resist help from any corner when needed, and when comes from her own 'prince charming', shouldn't adore his presence in her life.

That's the outrageous feminism what certified feminists promoteπŸ˜‚

Divyanka, being a married woman, and who openly proclaims love for her 'prince charming' , and at the same time, asking to be independent for your own sake, is not being anything hypocritical here. Divyanka quoted what any normal woman opines. I don't see anything in her words which she would have denied back those days, in her first relationship, if it was a successful one.

Being independent is a state of mind and certainly do not come with any set of rules. Try to be strong and mature enough to fight odds when you have no help, that necessarily do not involve not to gush about your loved one who saved you in the time of need.

Be independent, don't blindly trust and rely on your 'prince charming' necessarily, but don't take back to ask for help when needed.

I honestly believe that the above post is orchestrated to trigger fans over here which is quite a normal phenomena in forums, just scared to believe that it's truly someone's honest opinionsmiley26

In these days, where we don't find time to read a lengthy article or care to watch a lengthy video, rather rely on comments section to 'know' news, where bullies, trolls, blind bhakts and blind haters are the majority to comment, we get carried away, not caring to truly know the truth, it is really important to think and analyse when you judge a woman, especially when you care so much about 'women empowerment'!!
