Ab is not planning to hide it forever. shes probably gonna see if she can get through first high risk month where miscarriage risk is highest and if that is without issues, she'll tell him. She also knows she can't hide forever.

She'll tell him once she comes to terms herself

Well X already has a theory about how arman is at fault for abhira hiding her pregnancy as he is the one made her feel unwanted & insecure after marriage,so having this baby can make them accepted in the family
