Maybe they will show him inquiring about the accident because no police complaint was filed so maybe some hearsay evidence from some witness of accident that day.

That's actually a valid question.

After Aarohi's death the police visited their house, Akshara's confession to family (Suwarna and Surekha witnessed the accident in front of their eyes, they saw Ak being in that car, I'm adding this statement because even if Ak didn't take the blame in front of all for Roohi acc to her, Suwarna and Surekha knows about that)

Now coming back to my point, Manish told the inspector that it was an accident to safeguard Ak. So there's no written evidence of Ak being cause of Aaru's death. So how exactly brilliant fufa dug 23 year old verbal history.
