I can totally see Armaan telling Ab that because of her his pyaaari paagal maa is naaraz from her, would say some hurtful things and then Ab would remember her self respect. Currently she is like ge is stressed and feeling sad that's why sge is trying to be with him but one day outburst hoga.

Armaan is behaving like he didn't knew the consequences before marrying, shaadi hi kyu ki agar maa itni important thi. Vidya clearly told before wedding only she'll not participate, she even threw plate and did not complete the rasam.

They made kartik (who was initially so good) telling naira so many hurtful things, he also punished Naira with his 2 din purani maa for 2 hour purana step brother death even when his own sister killed her mother and then also she never punished him or his family.
