I do not understand people on X. Do they not understand that Sitara has been traumatised several times and emotionally burnt out by now? I am not condoning her corrosive words but right now, she just wants some space and distance from her husband which she is not getting. Like just 2-3 days after the wedding and learning about the "deal", she still thought things through and pinpointed to Salman being greedy and took the initiative to call Salar to clear things out on the day of walima only to hear what he said about his zid (true she does not know the truth but then again no one except Salar does). And then this happens. Still she was worried about Salar in the party and then his hand in the promo. I just want to what is wrong with these people. I can't even enjoy updates on X thanks to them.

I think poor Salar will only get a love confession after a near fatal accident trying to save Sitara. Sitara will remember her bad dua wishing death on him, cry loads by his bedside and confess love. About the question salaar asked- did she ever love him?? She flashbacks to the rain sequence so she didn't feel any love before that??... Even after Hyderabad she was pretty ok with her friend sending message to Qasim telling him that she loved him....

More and more it seems as if he was just the better choice compared to Salman but not really the pasand of sitara

No, I do not think she fell in love with Salar in Hyderabad but was attracted to him and developed a genuine soft corner for him there. However, I think the rain sequence was the time she fell in love with him or at least her heart opened up to the possiblity that yes, she can love him and wants to love him. Then all the kalesh happened again.

In case of Qasim and Salman, it was more of a resignation. She convinced herself that they must love her in some capacity or at least feel something for her otherwise why would they ask for her hand in marriage. This is despite subconsciously knowing that is not the case with either. It is a reiteration of her own made up world where she convinced herself that her family loves her a lot when the truth was they neglect her. Same here. Salman does not love her and while Qasim did love her, it was not above his own selfishness, image, ego and greed. But she had to hold onto something. It was honestly nothing more than that and she had clearly said that in regards to Qasim at least.

With Salar, I think there is an undercurrent of a lot more. There is clear sexual attraction on both sides, there is the side of Sitara that subconsciously loves Salar's protectiveness and possessiveness and even acknowledged it once, there is the side which craves for his attention and does not like it when he takes it away, and then there is the side that is gets jealous and possessive over him. There is also a side that blindly trusts him at a subconscious level and knows he will protect her and there is a part of her that genuinely worries for him and is scared if she lost him. My theory is that with Salar, Sitara genuinely feels a connection. Unfortunately, whenever she surrenders herself even a bit to this bond, she has been burnt. And now she is scared to even touch that bond.

Sitara needs time and lots of it. She has not even been properly able to smile even in situations where she wants to like when they were making coffee at Junaid and Saba's place. She is really not in the right frame of mind. She needs therapy ASAP. A lot of whatever feelings she has developed and is developing for Salar is buried under an ocean of trauma and pain. Is it an excuse to be that rough with Salar? No. It is good that she has already toned down in regards to her in-laws, even her MIL despite her words. And that is exactly why she needs space and therapy. She needs to heal and learn to love herself first before she can actually love Salar back. And unfortunately, her circumstances and the fandom seem to be unwilling to give her time and space.

Sitara needs to spend time with Sana, Zoya and Saba to understand Salar truly loves her.

Perhaps Salar can join business and go away on a business meeting for a few days. She needs to miss him a bit.

Exactly, she needs space and time to think and relax a bit and miss his presence a bit. Like wanting to call him but not knowing how to. Empty room without him. Also understanding that her parents in law are not misbehaving with her while he is away because he has ensured that she is accepted as the DIL of the family. Him bringing small gifts for her like cosmetics or special chocolates or perfumes because he missed her. These small things go a long way.

I think the only way going forward is for Tahir to double down and accept Sitara as his bahu in public and extend his full support to her and win elections on sympathy vote or something. After all, this is now the only way to solve this mess. Basically tell the public that the minister's son harassed his daughter-in-law because of his own cheap mentality regarding middle class women while here Tahir Sikandar has accepted Sitara from the middle class as his daughter in law with full honour and even hosted a high class walima for her. The money, house and other things can be passed off as wedding gifts from the bridegroom's side to the bride's family to increase their status which Salman will now be forced to share. Or maybe frighten Salman into giving back those things by threatening him with charges of theft. I dunno. Given how Sahiba like an idiot is managing to piss off the minister's son, soon it will be a case that the minister's son will say that she lied to the minister's son and defamed Sitara by implying that she is an escort and that is why he approached Sitara and she did this just because she is a desperate psycho ex-fiancee. She might end with a defamation lawsuit herself and her parents will finally be pissed off and pack her off for abroad or a hastily arranged marriage or something.

I feel like the angst level is sooo high on Salar’s side right now that it’s palpable to me as a viewer. That mirror scene where he was disappointed again really hit the mark. Dude desperately needs a warm hug from Sitara. I hope we get a hug at some point.

Seriously, angst apni jagah par, yahan to kuchh alag hi level ki sarfiri chal rahi hai.

You are right when you say that the angst feels from Salar is so high. So is the sexual tension. He is literally not just craving but starving for Sitara right now and frankly any sign of affection or softness from her will melt him and energise him back.
