Yash comes back home from the hospital. Sia performs an anti-nazar ritual that she saw on social media. Which makes Yash laugh. (In a cutu way). Akshat also joins to welcome his brother and expresses his gratitude to the donor. Before going to his room Yash promises to Shalini that he will destroy Mahajans. Shalini says that he should focus on his health first. After that Sia and Akshat take him to his room.

He is listening to his heart 
Yash wakes up with an uneasiness. Shalini comes to check on him and sees him restless. She asks him what happened. He answers her that he feels that his heart wants to go somewhere. To someone. Shalini tells him not to overthink and give himself some time and his body some time to adjust with the new heart. Yash once again asks about the donor. Shalini says she doesn't know anything about the identity of the donor. She tells him not to think about it and focus on his recovery. After Shalini leaves Yash looks through the window and tries to understand his emotions.
Later Yash plays his mouth organ to calm himself down. Amarjeet sees him and asks him what is bothering him. He says he doesn't feel any connection with his new heart and then asks again about his donor. Once again he doesn't get the answer he was looking for. Yash notices that his mama is also worried and asks him about it. Amarjeet tells him the news of Neil's death and says if Bhanu Pratap were still his friend, he would have been their for him and Yuvika. Yash says they should forget about the rivalry for a while and express their condolences. Then he feels that the thought of meeting Yuvika is making his heart calm.
On his way to Mahajan house Yash passes by a Chai Tapri and stops. He sees a couple sharing having tea together and feels something in his heart (Not sure what). At that time a women comes to him and requests him to buy some flowers from him. He gets out of the car to buy the flowers. While doing that he sees a girl with crutch trying to cross the street but is scared. He goes to the girl and motivates her. With the help of that the girl manages to cross the street.
Later Yash reaches the Mahajans house and again feels something in his heart. He hesitatingly proceeds and sees Yuvika on the stairs. He tries to offer his condolences but Yuvika lashes out at him and leaves. Seeing that Bhanu Pratap condemns him for hurting Yuvika. Yash says that he only went there to offer his condolences and then leaves.
Later at night Yash goes to the bathroom to freshen up and has some blurry visions of Neil's death.
