aise family law firm mein partnership and stake hota hai of all family members. infact even non family employees maybe given shares etc if they have been attached to the firm for a long time. so even if Kaveri is majority stakeholder or CEO equivalent or whatever and she make decisions, she cannot simply do whatever the F she wants to just because she is upset. Armaan biologically is a Poddar whether she likes it or not and has as much haq on the firm as Rohit, infact he probably has more given that he has worked for the firm longer than Rohit. Based on years of experience, the stake increases in such firms. and Kaveri is being very unprofessional by simply kicking Armaan out of his own office without even an intimation and taking his cases from him and giving it away. Armaan tolerate kar raha hai because he is as usual guilt ridden. but this rubbish treatment is extremely unsavory and unwarranted.

its a private firm yes- but Kaveri cannot do anything she pleases. even if we assume that she has maximum stake and final decision making authority, she cannot simply kick people out of their office or allocate cases that are ongoing without even informing clients. this pettiness and cruelty is really crass to watch and seeing Armaan be mahaan and let himself be treated horribly is upsetting to watch. I would love to see Abhimaan start their own firm and leave the PH also

Law is a very demanding profession, one can't win cases just because they have backing from a law firm. Sure, it provides a foundation, but Armaan isn't just a good lawyer—he is the number one lawyer in the city and has won all of his cases. That shows he has the knack and natural talent of a lawyer.

Also, if KP is justified in ousting Armaan from the Poddar firm, then she would also be justified in ousting Abhira from PH, given that she is the owner of the house or not accepting Abhira ever.
