So even when I can not escape the pain, there is complete acceptance. I don't blame anyone and I never wonder 'why me'.

That's profound.

Acceptance is the key.

Happiness or sorrow nothing is permanent ...💫

Never forget the people who are there for you in your difficult times...

Cherish those who cherish your presence...

Be kind with yourself.. strike a balance between self loath and self analysis. Treat yourself with kindness and compassion...

Don’t immerse your life in social media. Rather focus on your family, friends, colleagues, life partner. Focus on real human interaction and experiences. If someone invites you over, go. They wont do it all the time. Cook for people, give them gifts, express your love. Stay away from extremely negative people but that doesn’t mean if someone has some shortcomings just cut contact. Accept that everyone has short comings and that adds flavour to life. Social media was designed to make you believe that you don’t need anybody so u can become totally dependent on it. It’s the biggest lie. You need people in your life. Else you will become depressed in your youth. And by the time you will realise the importance of being happy, youth will be gone. So go out, party, do dinners, go to picnics, do WFO, travel, go to the gym, make friends. Even if you are an introvert, still have some connect with “your people”

Here are a few words of wisdom that resonate with me, in no particular order.

If we all threw our problems in a pile and got a look at everyone else’s, we would fight, claw, and scratch to get back our own.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up for your life.
(this resonates cuz the power of simply dressing up is woefully underestimated. It’s not just a superficial act — it’s a profound statement of defiance and hope. Dressing up, from head to toe, injects a spark of strength to confront the day.)

In that same vein, most of life is showing up. Life demands showing up. it's a come-as-you-are affair. Success is doing the best you can, which varies from day to day. Your best today might be pitiful, but if you show up, you've done the best you can do today.

No matter how good or how bad a situation is, it will change. The world turns, seasons shift, and what seems insurmountable today will morph into a distant memory.

Step outside every day. The world brims with miracles waiting for discovery.

What doesn't kill you truly forges you into something stronger. This isn’t a mere platitude but a fierce declaration of human resilience.

Frame every so-called disaster with these words: “In five years, will this matter?”

(the answer is almost always no. This frame of mind helps when you find yourself agonizing over the small stuff.)

Wealth is a tool that offers choices, but it can't substitute for a life that hasn't been fully lived. A fully lived life is the true measure of wealth, one that no bank balance can ever quantify.
