Of course we will not be going to pakistan. No Indian government will ever allow that and rightly so. 

We expect better standards from our country though when it comes to sports PR from politicians, we should compare ourselves with developed nations, not failed countries.

We mocked the PM when his PR showed him bigger than the winning team/players. But even then the PR didn't claim that it was the good luck of PM that made the country win. They focused on investments that government has done to develop sports

Had the focus of the condemning at that time been that PM forced to play on a unsuitable ground for PR purposes, it would have made much sense. In fact even I support this view

But please check was that the focus of condemning? The answer is big NO. Politicians even in official forums were calling out that the loss is due to bad omen. Calling out the elected PM of the country as a Panauti(and they didn't only focus on that match but all the WCs lost during the reign)

Politicians officially calling out such crass words is both crass and unscientific.
