I think mytho stories should be told from other, especially women's POV. It makes for an interesting storytelling (telling Amish Tripathi Ram series, it works because we know the story, and he added elements to make it into a retelling, but most importantly, because we see the character through a different lens) Ramayan may be Ram's story, but it has character arcs for almost every character.

Problem tab hoti hai jab you think bas dharm ke naam pe you can sell a movie without putting in the hardwork and just copy pasting bg/elements from HW and using random language (humara youth itna bhi gaya guzra nahi hai ki we don't understand Hindi, aur jo heavier words hai, woh hum context se samajh lete hai) and doing theatrics to sell your "bhakti" and making weird changes jo story mein hai bhi nahi

So Ramayana Mahabharata ...Ram & Krishna are mythos despite there being Ram setu and evidences of submerged Dwarka city amongst several other proofs.smiley24

He's right, Ramayan is story of Ram that's why it's Ramayan

If you want to show something else from somebody's pov just say it that we've taken inspiration from Ramayan but its not true Ramayan

Ramayan is not mythology for us, its history and history ko manipulate karke dikhana is not a best practice 🤷, radha krishna is prime example of that 😅

I won't mind watching siya maa perspective, urmila maa perspective, lakshman ji perspective but then just don't call it Ramayan because then it'll become their story and would be somewhat fictional as authentic book wo plots mentioned nahi honge.

Ram-Sita's story is initially a beautiful love story until Ram abondons Sita.  At least Ram killed demon Ravan to save Sita. They should show it as a love story. Unlike "bharat ki beti ko bachana hai" like in adipurushsmiley29

I have heard in some places they worship that monster Ravansmiley11 don't know how that is possible.

Sita is equally important as Ram in Ramayana. Without Sita there is no Ram.

Everyone is important in Ramayan and of course without Sita there's no Shree Ram. But the book Ramayan literally means Ram's journey of life, story of Ram

Saw your angry reaction on my post so replied 😅

Regarding validity of Uttar kaand 👇

These two videos are a bit long but definitely worth a watch. It will help in dispelling many misinformations about Ram and Ramayan.
