Nooran did imply it. Watch their pre marriage argument scenes starting from episode 1. Murtasim was always hot and bothered after every confrontation whereas Nooran didn’t focus on Meerab’s reaction to him. Murtasim used to take all his anger out at Haya 😂 Hamesha se hi pressed tha woh lol. The difference in focus is obvious because writer specially focused on Murtasim’s reaction to Meerab after having met her.

I hope this time around she writes both povs. Nooran failed to write the female perspective n that's one of the reason many scenes didn't come out the way it would have been if we knew what was going inside meerab's mind.
