Another disappointing batting performance from Uganda. They haven't been exposed to quality pace and swing bowling before and that is quite evident in the way they have batted. Boult and Southee were lethal upfront. The former struck twice with the new ball and Southee followed it up with a wicket of his own. Santner bowled beautifully and Ferguson also troubled the batters with his pace.

Tim Southee: It has been a tricky surface, as a bowling unit we used it tonight. Tough conditions, in T20s we are used to big totals. Feel fresh and feel good. Will be nice (to get a win.)

The Uganda batters didn't rotate strike regularly and got into a rut. Ravindra got to roll his arm over and took a couple of wickets. Southee finished with a 3-fer while Santner also picked up two wickets. The fact that only one of their batters got into double figures tells you the story. It should be a walk in the park for the Kiwis. Join us shortly for the run-chase...

Here's Sampath with another stat: First instance of three bowlers conceding less than 10 runs while bowling their full-quota of four overs in a men's T20I innings - Southee, Boult and Ferguson.
