Well this could have been shown with a better buildup

Arjun didn't get to know....he has strong suspicion!! Bcoz of Priya's vichitra behaviour!! And in fact the suspicion is being built-up from quite long!! Right from the beginning that Priya claimed to be Tanvi...he was the one who asked for dna report!! And even later on...at different times...he has pointed out that she is very irritating, her behaviour ..is unlike the small Tanvi...., she doesn't remember a thing from their childhood!! Even Kalpana has wondered about it... a few times!!

If Arjun has strong doubts , he can easily do DNA test, he is a lawyer, that should solve all puzzles, but that will bring an end to the story quickly hence we should try other tactics. Also probably this will whole plot is to answer the question where the fake DNA reports are coming from(Pratima's and Priya's DNA match , Priya's and Raviraj's DNA )

I agree nobody need to be like their parents and circumstances change people, so comparing Priya to her fake mom is not a valid proof. Parenting does influence your outlook and perspective, but Priya never lived with her parents. Maybe Priya is taken after her Uncle Nagraj after all he is Raviraj's brother?

how? Raviraj is involved with her DNA test, so arjun is not going to doubt for now that. Another thing ,why would priya agree to get DNA test done again? He can not ask that, as she would make big deal for his doubt. He will have to start from scratch. His best bet is to go to Mahdhu bahu to ask where and how did he find priya and look up for her stuff. the stuff Gathode was also exchanged. Rather than focusing on DNA he needs to go to dig stuff from her past. to begin with he can look or search for her childhood picture or show her some old childhood pictures without telling its her and then check.

Lagnachi Bedi/Premachi Ghosht gets DNA test inhair samples, Priya lives in that house , it is easy for Arjun to get a DNA sample ( one hair sample should be enough).
