Yes, accident. But she didn't admitted that she had argument with sayali and fell down the stairs. She hid herself and act like she was ignorant of the reason how she fell down. During Vilas murder Sakshi was shown nervous, but Priya cold bloodedly framed all the false proofs and framed madhubhau. In fact Vilas murder was unintentional by sakshi but framing madhubhau was intentional by Priya.
