~ A MOTHER'S INTUITION ~ 

Piplivan Palace 

Queen Mura, pregnant and radiant, is preparing for a journey with her husband King Suryagupt. She is very happy as her son's birth is nearing, but is nervous too, seeing the weather, like something is going to happen..But what? 

Nalini, is also feeling the same, as she cautions her to be safe and take care of the future of the kingdom. 'Rani Mura, aap apna dhyan rakhiyega, Raja Dhana Nand humein sahi nahi lagte hai. Jese kuch bura hone wala ho!' 

'Hum jaante hai Nalini, kyunki humein bhi kuch aisa hi aabhas ho raha hai. Par aapke Maharaj, ko aisa lagta hai, ki sab thik hi hoga, woh unke khaas mitr hai, isiliye.' Queen Mura said feeling a bit anxious, while awaiting what the future will hold for them. 

'Hum sirf aasha kar sakte hai, ki aaplog surakshit rahe, Nalini said, as King Suryagupt agrees, 'Haa, satya kaha aapne, humein bhi yahi aas hai!' 

Nalini bows seeing him, before departing from their room. 'Priye, aap chintit na ho, sab thik hi hoga. Raja Dhana Nand humare mitr hai, aur hum unka aamantran bhi a swikar nahi kar sakte hai, woh ek balshali Raja hai Magadh ke!' 

Queen Mura sighs, 'Hum jaante hai Aarya, par ek Maa ko uske a janme putr ki chinta toh rahe gi hi na..Aur agar humein hi kuch ho jaye toh?' 

King Suryagupt takes her hand in his, thus assuring her, 'Priye, kuch nahi hoga humein, aur humari santan ko. Hum jald hi aayenge, aur aap humare santan ko janam yahi dengi, humare rajya mein.' 

Queen Mura smiles at his comforting words.

In another part of the palace, Rajendra and Nalini are discussing their concerns regarding the journey of their King and Queen to Magadh. 'Priye, humein Maharaj aur Maharani ki suraksha hetu chinta ho rahi hai. Woh humein waha aane se mana hi kar rahe hai. Raja Dhana Nand, kisi bhi had tak ja sakte hai, apne maksad ke liye, aur..' 

'Hum, jaante hai Arya! Humne unse baat ki hai, aur hum sirf prathna kar sakte hai ki unke saath aur humare aane wale yuvraj ke saath kuch galat na ho.' 

They looks at each other, wondering what to do, as King Suryagupt and Queen Mura, departs from the palace, as the tension is palpable.

Magadh Palace

King Dhana Nand with his Agramahishi Queen Avantika, welcomes their friend, King Suryagupt and Queen Mura. 

Queen Mura feels King Dhana Nand's lustful eyes on her, as she tries her best to ignore him. 

Queen Avantika smiles, as she is aware of her husband's nature and she is not bothered about it, until he keeps her Agramahishi.

All are in the dining hall, when again Queen Mura feels King Dhana Nand's gaze lingering on her, making her feel uncomfortable. She nudges her husband, 'Aarya, humein ab chal na chahiye yaha se!' 

King Suryagupt shakes his head in a no, 'Priye, aap vyarth hi chintit ho rahi hai. Hum aapne mitr ka is tarah apman nahi kar sakte..' 

Just as the clouds gather, indicating a huge storm, King Dhana Nand signals his guards and they attack King Suryagupt, as Queen Mura screams in no. She runs to escape, as he tells her to save herself and their child. King Dhana Nand orders his guards to bring her in front of him.

Queen Mura stops to catch her breath, as she spots herself in a secluded spot, where she starts experiencing labour pain, and gives birth to her son, whom she names Chandra. She looks at the weather, as it rains heavily and hears guards voice to capture her. 

She kisses her son's forehead, and makes a symbol on his arms, as she places him in a basket, and hides him. She prays for his safety,  'Humein maaf kar dena putr, par humein aapko yaha chupa kar rakhna hoga. Hume gyat hai, humne aur aapke Pita Maharaj ne kitne swapn dekhe the aapke liye, parantu humein ab aapko yaaha hi chodkar jana hoga. Hum jaante hai, jab aap bade ho jayenge toh aap apni Maa aur Pita Maharaj ke apman aur khun ka badla zarur lenge aur dharti Maa ko is rakshas se mukt karenge, aur humein us din ka besabri se intezaar rahe ga..' 

King Dhana Nand's guards captures her and takes her to his palace, where she is held captive by him.

'Aakhir woh aahi gaya, jo Nand ka kaal banega. Es dharti par jo bhi ho, bina karan nahi hota, yeh uski niyati mein likha hai,' someone opens his eyes thinking this, as he sees heavy thunderstorm and rain. He smiles looking at it, 'Us pal ke liye kitno ko kitna kuch khona padega, parantu woh pal aana aniwarya hai!'

Hmm...the story looks a bit like the show Chandra Nandini. Well, Nand Nandini in original history was disliked by Chandragupta but waiting for your version of the story. 😁

I am really excited to see daughter of Suluva because it will be second FF which will show her after my own FF. ☺️
