That Alia fan tweet was the first time I saw it expressed in that manner.  The common phrase everyone uses in these contexts is “____ will eat ___ alive” in a role or a sport or whatever.  


That particular tweet going viral still makes it a PR move.   

If you check out any stan account of any celebrity, you'll come across tons of such tweets. If a lurker stumbled upon it and posted it here, it's not her PR's doing. A PR job isn't about making tweets go viral on stan accounts or posting them on India forums, unless you think Lostsold is her PR.
