That's a pretty common phrase among Stan Twitter. Everyone here must be over 30.

That Alia fan tweet was the first time I saw it expressed in that manner.  The common phrase everyone uses in these contexts is “____ will eat ___ alive” in a role or a sport or whatever.  


That particular tweet going viral still makes it a PR move.
