Sidat: "I think Sanju's strength of being so versatile and flexible has become his weakness which is why he is not a certainty in internationals. Sanju can play anywhere in the top 6 and hence, his constant moving of positions in games. What the coaching staff need to do is ask him to focus on a certain role which I believe is a middle order enforcer similar to Klaasen/Mitchell/Maxwell because he is such a good player of spin."
