Episode begins with Akshara worrying for Abhir as he has fever and is busy with mobile . Muskaan, Kairav and Aarohi are there in the room and are concerned too . Roohi tries to make Billa boy understand, but he is ready to leave for Kasauli to meet papa. He books online tickets and asks Mummy to get ready too. . Manish, Swarna and Mimi are just outside the room and are concerned for Abhir.
Akshara tries to dissuade him, Kairav and Aarohi to try to dissuade too. Finally Akshara gives in to his wishes and agrees to accompany him to Kasauli.
In his cell Abhimanyu day dreams of Abhir hating him n gets worried.
At Goenka mansion Akshara gets ready to leave for Kasauli . The entire Goenka family dissuade Aks but she is ready to do as Abhir wished .,Abhir puts on music in the car , Kairav loads their luggage . Abhir dreams of Abhinav and their sweet moments together . He misses his papa, and weeps for him. Goenka family watch him n are saddened . Aks calms n consoles him.
The Goenkas discuss that they better inform Abhir about Abhinav. Swarna is worried that when Abhir learns that Abhimanyu , his Dadda, is the one who killed papa he will be very upset . Aks declares Abhir had only one papa and now he has none .
At Birla house Manjari is worried that Goenkas will brain wash Abhir wrongly n distance him from Abhimanyu . Shefali calms her . She wants to call up Abhir n tell him the truth . Shefali warns Manjari to hold on for now , go ahead only after court’s verdict . Manj refuses to wait.
At Goenka house , Manish is worried how will Aks explain to him about his docman . Muskan warns Aks . Aks declares she will tell truth to Abhir after court give justice to Abhinav .
Abhir is sleeping n misses his papa in his sleep. He wakes up and again misses his papa.
Manj and Shefali arrive at Goenka mansion , Manj Aks confrontation over Abhinav’s accidental death/murder . Aks declares that Abir had only one papa, Manj retorts that Akshara’s statement will not alter the facts .
They argue in loud voices and Abhir appears top of the stairs , sleep walking . Manish carries him back to his room .
Manj is worried for Abhir n wants to go near him but Muskan orders her out , she angrily warns that her son had killed Abhinav , what more does she want now . Shefali escorts a weeping Manjari out .
Later Aks and Aarohi are relieved to realise Abhir knew nothing of his papa yet . He ad overheard nothing .
Manjari is seen upset for Abhir . Aks weeps in the kitchen .
Aks gets a song sent by Vandana Karmakar on her mobile . Aks likes the song . She calls up Vand and congratulates her for her music launch , Van is shocked to learn about Aks losing her husband . Vand gives moral support n boosts her morale . Reminds her of strength of aurat . Never give in a those pulling down aurat .
In his cell Abhimanyu pleads the guard to let him call his son . He is asked to wait .

Aks arrives in court and Judge asks her to record her statement . Aks declares she will not give statement . Everyone is taken aback . Judge asks if she did not want to give state,ent why was she here . Aks states she was not here as witness but as Abhimanyu’s defence lawyer .
All are shocked .
Manjari is seen angrily confronting Abhimanyu for his choice of defence lawyer . Abhi states he had full trust in his choice . Abhi Aks look at eachother .
