She already hinted that before Meerab slapped Murtasim. I can see why she would still think that even if they cut the scene. I think she’s upset that she did the deed in a moment of weakness with a guy that she believes is cheating on her. She keeps having memories of how well Murtasim was treating her and seems to be appreciating his love now. Does she think he moved on when he didn’t get a response from her? Why does she think he’s looking for her non-stop if he doesn’t love her anymore. Maybe she thinks it’s about his izzat and doesn’t know what kind of consequences she has to face if she returns. I think she’s also conflicted at the moment and she needs to deal with her own feelings and sort out her identity crisis before returning.
