Aditya Chopra is hands on with most of his projects. So, basically, he needs someone to execute his vision. That's why YRF are known to have newbie or struggling directors.


There are exceptions like Shimit Amin and Dibakar Banarjee. But mostly, he micro-manages.


KJo does that too. It just went awfully wrong with Kalank.
