Shweta and Karishma are related and also never really had any issues pre and post the infamous engagement.

Not just ex (Abshishek could be faking), just a general question. 

If you don’t get along with someone, should your spouse copy you? What about individuality? 

When Sharukh and Salman were not in talking terms, Gauri kept contacts with Salman’s family. Sharukh did not have any objection. 

On the reverse, Ajay could not maintain friendship with KJo, Sharukh, just because his wife is friendly with them.

Such things are common in every family. 

^NO. If your spouse doesn't get along with someone, you don't have to imitate your spouse's behavior. You can have your own individuality.

However, if your spouse does not speak to that person because they had once physically and emotionally abused them, and you still don't mind being cordial with them, then that will definitely reduce my respect for you.

Shewta and Karishma are relatives. They are bhabhi and nanad. Karishma’s cousin married Shetwa. I am not saying that one’s ex cannot be friend with their spouse. Saif and Shahid are in good term. Akshay’s exes Raveena and Shilpa and his wife Twinkle are in good term. Karishma and Abhi didn’t have ugly break up like Ash had ugly break up with Salman and Vivek. There was no rumor of Karishma abusing Abhi and Karishma didn’t call Abhi plastic on a reality show in TV. Karishma is also in good term with Kajol and Karishma dated Ajay before he married Kajol. So there is nothing wrong to be in good term with exes of one’s husband or wife but if your husband or wife are not in good term with their ex, then how can you be in good term with their ex? If somebody abuse your husband, would you be okay with that and hug that person?

I highly doubt Abhishek will mingle and be cordial with Ash's exes if she had a problem or issue with him  doing that. Greeting someone at a social do in bollywood is not definitive proof that they are on good terms. The previous poster brought up Jaya and Rekha to prove this point only. They do it so that media and others stop making up nonesense.

@red: This is not about how you and me feel about this. This is about how Ash feels. All these years have there ever been a rumour or even a blind item that said Ash had a problem with Abhishek being cordial with her exes? So all what you said is an assumption just like mine are. But since there have been no such rumours ever it seems Ash understand how showbiz, bw works and is fine with her hubby greeting exes when met socially. It is not as if Abhi is best friends with them or party with them all the time. Have only seen him cordially greeting them at social dos..bollywood is fake like that most of the time anyways..you hug and greet people you b**ch about behind their back most of the time anyways.

He was friends with these people before he got married to her. It's not his fault his wife was a ho lol she did vivek dirty and he is angry. She was living with Vivek and he's dog there as well, I remember a reporter asking her question about that. She moved on so quick. Good for her though, chase that money girl and big b's family name.

she never lived with vivek.. Vivek treated her like a trophy he was and is an attention seeker arrogant and she used him to get over Salman as a rebound for this he is still angry at her.  he felt used  cause she left him like hot potato with a message on cellular  for abhi that he s more decent then him of course.  They both used in some way each others.. Vivek rubbished  ash on TV called her plastic heart and smile and recently liked the  distasteful meme on ash just to have attention for his stupid film on modi he wanted To create controversy. Abhishek could avoid him or just say hi no need for a warm hug. But he sometimes has no spine 

Too lazy to look for that interview but Aish did lived with Vivek, reporter mentioned it to her saying “you lived with Vivek, did you bring his dog back” or something like that he asked Aish and she said wait for the autobiography book. But anyways abhi seems like a nice guy and coming from big b’s family so good choice. Vivek is arrogant
