Nana Patekar had such potential to become a leading man. He is a fantastic actor and can do all kinds of genres and characters(comedy and Drama). Why is Bollywood so unfair?
Now before you say he can't do Romance please look at this song.

Have you seen his face 😆 😆 😆

Its not that he didn't have chances. His krantiveer as a main lead was a success

All other main lead films didn't do well. 😆 😆

I have also seen tusshar kapoor's face, Udhay Chopra, Ajay Devgan...😆
You didn't like his long silky hair? So much chemistry between him and Tabu.

Nana Patekar was a leading man. just not much successful. He has many movies as leading hero. Krantiveer, Tiranga, Ab Tak Chappan.
Even in Welcome he was a leading man becoz that movie belongs to Anil Kapoor and Nana more than Akki and Kat.

He was a leading man. But he was typecasted (after the success of Krantiveer).
Also Nana was(/is) temperamental. Though he takes acting seriously, he does not take movie industry seriously. His fall outs (even during Rajneeti) and tantrums made him look unprofessional. But still there are people who love him for what he is and he gets roles.
