Depends on where he's brought up too...I don't know a lot about his personal life...but Iike sometimes, I pronounce things in Urdu with a very angrezi accent 😆 but its only certain words.

I think its the same for him, he just has a distinct way of saying some words

I don't think I will need to tell how in love I'm with it and the fact that Dr. Asfandyaar will leave soon kills me!

I guess the show is ending soon as it already has reached 25 episode. Buttt I just hope they won't rush the end and give us the details very carefully.

And Asfiya just began, I hope we get to see a lot to the development of their relationship, can they please cry out in each other's arms when the time comes <3 Please, detailed development.

If Dr. Haroon/Gaiti, Urooj, Khajista, Bahadur are handled as the other stories and given the proper attention, then hopefully we have many episodes to come.
