very interesting plot. it reminds me of an American movie: While you were sleeping.😃

I don't know. I watched it 20 yrs ago. Bollywood remade it in a reversal way. Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega..the name of the movie. in both the movies the person in coma fall in love with the pretending partner, but the pretending partner loves the pateint's relative.😆

You know such a name isn't new. Remember that song from Indian movie : Parineeta. it has the name: Kaisee Paheli hai. also there is a Sonu Nigam song : Kaisi yeh Paheli.

You know when I searched for Tishnagi Dil Ki I found an Urdu novel by the same name.😃

Well I am not if the story of the novel is the same of the serial. The novel is written by Seema Muneef.😊

It is a beautiful episode . Soha is a good actress, and the character she plays (Meral) is likeable. she is a working woman..who has no family except an old woman who lives in her house.

She is a very helping person..she had a good friendship with her boss and his daughter.

one day she watched an accident happened infront of her eyes for a person whom she saw in office.

She went to hospital to get him treated. he is in a coma..his family members think that she is Mili the girl whom he told his family that he likes.

Azfar Rehman is yet to make his appearance from the next episode.
