God only knows what new ground is being broken here. "Kuch to hua hai" from KHNH had shots of kissing between all sorts of couples - young, old, gay, interracial, kids and even puppies. Though of course there were other things also going on in the song unlike this one which showcases only kisses and more kisses for grabbing attention.
