Btw, does this show give western vibes in terms of setting? I thought about this before and the precap only added to that notion. Like the way after Haila's wedding there was no direct contact between Haila and Ayla's family. Also they way it was shown that Harib was visiting Ayla's house for the first time. Something very nuclear about it all. And now Harib the Mahaan suggesting the fake dating trope to Aan...it's stuff straight out of fanfiction 😆

Do they upload just Aan-Harib scenes on YT? Like there are for Kashaf-Zaroon and Asher-Khirad? I can't be bothered to download an episode 60% of Khurram's khandan's bakwaas, 20% of annoyance provided by Sara and team, 10% Ayla and Shehroze's bechargi and bezargi and 10% of Harib-Aan goodness. 😳

Just watched the last 3 episodes together. I'm enjoying the drama but one thing that now bothers me even more than than the wrongful depiction of mental illness is Aan's character! Like wth is wrong with her?

IT DOES. First they get married and then get totally alienated from the family. Then divorce drama happens and parents arrive to pick their daughter up, bas over. Very hamari bala se approach of Western standards. And I don't mean that as insult, I mean its actually a bit of change when you don't get to see the drama and families, people and dunyadari adds.

Only thing is, Alya's parents keep getting post-shaadi daawat's somehow. Quite Indian-ish that way. 😆

Aan's amma rocks. Her way of handling her good for nothing sasural is just epic. I wish I could tell my peeps to handle the germs of khandaan like that. 🤣 Her elder brother-in-law does seem genuinely concerned though.
