Back in the 90s when they were both in their prime, extremely difficult to pick. Sonali in that Diljale song is divine so is Aishwarya in Aa ab laut chale. Both had extremely beautiful faces.

Sonali Bendre is so beautiful and can be insanely hot at the same time (see Mere Mehboob Mere Sanam from Duplicate for reference). I also love her tall slim physique. I pick her. 😳
They both look good for their age. Anyways, Sonali Bendre is better looking. She was best looking actress of the 90s era. Movies like Takkar, Sapoot, Diljale, Aag and ect are good examples where she looked beautiful.
Loved Sonali in HSSH and Diljale, She looked so beautiful and innocent in both movies so yeah I chose Sonali and as for aishwarya well I was never her fan so don't care about her.
