I just saw some spoiler on FB and Fahad is indeed going to ditch Mushq in next episode it's some thing he read in newspaper that will make him leave her.

It's going to be a lesson well learn for Mushq after Dabbu Bai going to take her back to her father and he's going to disown her.

Love can happened again but you only have one family and she destroyed her relationship with her family. While Fahad did love Mushq he didn't love her as much as she love him.

Good news is this show is not more than a 20 episodes show so it wouldn't drag like other ARY shows.
