So Ruhi's hatred is slowly building up. First, that insult at the haveli, then Behroze not sharing his feeelings with her. He just does not want to share that part with her because he is guilty of leaving his family and he does not want Ruhi to know that. He loves her a lot but Ruhi would never be able to access that part of him which has the memories and feelings for his family. Then he became angry at her for the first time because she badmouthed his family. And now the miscarriage, Ruhi believes its because B's family's bad duas. This theory is crap but she firmly believes in it.
I am sure there will be more incidents in the future that will develop her hatred for AJ.
