Congratulations and celebrations
I still remember a yr bk when I first googled Fawad after reading the news somewhere that bebo has been cast with him in a yrf movie...since I m a diehard bebo fan since her first film refugee and I m tired of seeing her with Buddha khans bearded saif and servant shahid...n I m tired of waiting yrs after yrs for her to pair with hrithik which never happened...phew sorry for the rant ...I was really excited to see who this new hero is and I googled him...his pics came and to b honest I didn't drool...I jus thought not bad...
Then I wanted to see if he cud act...so searched him in yt?...a few humsafar and zgh scns came and I watched a few and was DUMBSTRUCK...not only by fawads acting but also the screenplay and dialogues of the few scns I watched...
Then I started counting days for khoobsuraat
In the meantime I made a few fawadian frnds in Twitter as I didn't know abt this forum by then n from them I used to get names of his good shows n other work
After every show my respect n admiration for him went higher n higher
Even though he is known for humsafar and zgh
N I personally rank zgh way above humsafar
but for me his best work are in dastaan and akbari asghari...thank god dastaan is a hit...N wish akbari asghari got it's due credit as its fawads one of the finest work n he has an AMAZING sense of comic timing which has hardly been explored in shows
Nyways watched khoobsuraat and to b honest I didn't like it much but it was not as nonsensical as imrans creature...other actors hv even worse debuts...
The movie was ok but sonam Fawad was at their best and I liked their characterization and cute nok jhoks and romance...the royal feel really suited Fawad
So I hv No complaints whatsoever...only the fact that I so wish Fawad hadn't lost so much weight while shooting the movie
He literally looks skeletal with hollow eyes sunken cheeks neck bones showing...skinny legs in the movie to my utter disappointment
I sop wished he had the zaroon Asher look
Thank god now he is gaining weight
Nyways I m SUPER DUPER happy for his success coz competition for this yrs filmfare debut was really very very strong...Fawad gettin g it jus proves he jus struck the right chord in Bollywood jus at the right time
plz don't forget to tweet Fawad n congrats him
Also thanks to SONAM KAPOOR and RHEA KAPOOR for making him feel at home
