The scene stealer was the exchange between Adnan & Kiran, everything about that scene was pitch perfect, including the rising tempo of the background music at the right junction throughout very seamless without being mushy.
But his sister is one pain in the sack. She definitely needs someone like Sikander in her life, to 'discipline' her. :)) But she's doing a fine job if she can evoke the due sentiment from the viewer.
^ I was thinking of that on my drive to work this morning! 😳 I'd like for her to be genuinely be happy with him and believe that losing Sikandar was in fact not a loss at all for her.
I would like to see Kiran actually falling in love with Adnan and not just staying with him for the sake of respect.
Yea, I think that'll be a slow transition at least from her end to reciprocate those same feelings. Eventually post marriage and slowly coming out of her Sikander phase and recognising the worth and value of Adnan.
I'm sure she recognize his worth and value already, but she's too broken herself to recognize her own worth. She feels like she deserves nothing that's good, which is why she couldn't think of marrying Adnan. Our society plays a vital role in drilling this in a girl's head that once she carries the divorce tag along with her name, she's of no good -_-
