K: Khuda k liye aesa mat khaein. Aap zindagi hain meri Asher. Apne mujhe mohabbat ka sahi matlab sikhaya. Main apse juri hoon aur yeh rishta samandar se bhi gehra hai. Main ghar wapis hi ja rahi thi k tabhi…

A: Khair Allah ka lakh lakh shukar hai k tum sahi salamat aur merey paas ho.

K: Aur apka dil ka kehta hai Asher? Kya wo us dekhi huwi khani ko sach man lega ya phir apni dil ki ankhon se apni Khirad par pehle ki tarah yakeen karega?

K: Yeh sab bohat zaroori hai hamrae rishte mein aietabaar khayam rakhne k liye.Merey liye ta k kam se kam main apni nazroon main to jhooti sabit na hoon. Yeh yakeen to ho k aap merey saath hain aur apko sirf us Khirad par yakeen hai jo apke liye mitne ko tayaar hai warna shayad wo Khirad kahin kho jayegi aur use aap kya main bhi wapis bhi nahi la paun gi.

Khirad looked at him and closed her eyes to let her tears flow on her face and make her feel easy.

K: Asher mummy ne…

A: Ssshhh. Abhi in sab baton ka koi…

K: Matlab hai Asher! Merey liye hai! Warna yeh doobara bhi ho sakta hai.

A: Theek hai bolo main sun raha hoon.

K: Mujhe wahan mumm… Apki mummy le kar gayi thin par mujhe bilkul bhi andaza nahi tha k yeh sab hoga! Merey saath unhon ne bilkul bhi acha nahi kia! Meri izzat ko…

Her voice chocked. She was unable to speak as could picture that horrific scene of her life.

K:(continuing) Chand lakh rupayion mein beech diya. Main aik tamasha ban kar reh gayi sari duniya k samne. Kisko mujhe par taras nahi aya apko bhi nahi.

Asher looked her with a guilty face.

K: Apko nahi pata? Apki biwi ko bhari duniya mein ruswa kar diya gaya. Kha gaya k tum kalak ho is khandan k liye. Bina kisi sabot aur daleel k mujhe kat ghare (court) mein kahra kar diya gaya. Aur bina kisi kasoor k mujrim ka phanda merey gale se bandh dia. Aesa to duniya ki koi adalat nahi karti na? Mujrim sabit hone se pehle jis par ilzam lagaye jate hain use bhi to haq hota hai na kuch kehne ka? Phir merey saath aesa salook kyun?

A: Aesa nahi hai Khirad… Main to…

K: To phir kesa hai? Ap to kya? Apne aik dafa mujhe kehne ka moka nahi diya na hi poocha k kya yeh sach hai? Aik dafa apne apni muhabbat par aietabaar na kiya? Poocha nahi k Khirad batao sach kya jhoot kya hai? Bas chup chap wahan se asey hi chale aye?

A: Us waqt main bohat gusse mein tha aur samaj nahi pa raha tha k kya kahun…

K: Apko pata hai uske baad main ghar bhi ayi thi lekin apki maa ne mujhe wahan se bhi nikal diya aur wo bhi mera hisab chuka kar.

She started to cry bitterly.

A: Chalo merey saath!

K: Main…

A:Maine kaha chalo merey saath!

Asher took her hand and in anger dragged her with him.
