Nope, actually it's not.. I just saw more pics from the same event, and half of her chest is showing in those too..

Well the pic that I saw was of her recieving the award, and her dupatta was moves back so all her chest was visible.. I'll post it for you as soon as I get a chance to go on the comp.
Bushra Ansari wears a lot of clothes that may be considered indecent at times.. I found her suit on Alamgir's show a bit wierd too.. It had a really deep neckline with just pink lace covering itt and her chestline was visible there as well..
These days a lot of people wear such clothing and it looks really badd.

For all you who live in Pakistan, quick question? Is there a Teejays store location anywhere in lahore or is it just in Karachi?
