Chapter 7

Angad, accompanied by Garry, Pam, and Sahiba, arrived in Delhi. Sahiba's parents had required considerable persuasion before allowing her to embark on the trip. While her mother had been hesitant, her father had ultimately granted permission, recognizing the potential for Sahiba's professional growth.

Angad turned to the group and announced, "Alright, everyone, we'll head to the hotel first. You can rest for a bit, and then we'll prepare for the meeting."

Sahiba nodded and replied, "Okay, sir."

Angad smiled gently and corrected her, "No need for 'sir,' Sahiba. Just call me Angad."

Sahiba,Garry, and Pam exchanged surprised glances, taken aback by Angad's informal request, as he had never been addressed in such a way by employees before.

During their first day in Delhi, they dedicated themselves to meticulous preparation for the impending meeting. Angad spearheaded the discussions with assurance, while Sahiba showcased her creative prowess by offering insightful ideas and perspectives. Their collaborative efforts left a lasting impression, demonstrating their commitment to excellence and innovation.

In their hotel room, Garry, with a mischievous grin, couldn't resist poking fun at Angad's recent change in protocol. "So, Angad , why the sudden switch to first-name basis with Sahiba?" he quipped, raising an eyebrow.

Angad chuckled, knowing Garry would pick up on it sooner or later. "Well, Garry, it's just that we've been working so closely on this project, and I feel like we've developed a bit of a friendship. 'Sir' starts to feel a bit formal and distant between friends, you know?"

Garry's grin widened as he saw an opportunity for some good-natured teasing. "Friendship, huh? I see, I see," he replied, tapping away on his phone. "You know, I think Veer should know about this newfound friendship. He might want to update the family WhatsApp group."

Angad rolled his eyes, realizing he'd just walked into Garry's playful trap. "Oh, come on, Garry. You know how Veer can be. Let's not make a big deal out of it."

But Garry, undeterred, continued typing away with a mischievous glint in his eye. "Don't worry, Angad bro. Your secret friendship with Sahiba is safe with me... and soon, Veer too!"

As they all got ready for dinner, the atmosphere was light and filled with camaraderie. Sahiba, Garry, Angad, and Pam had worked diligently to prepare for the important meeting the next day, and now they were ready to unwind and enjoy a hearty meal together. They settled down at the table, exchanging jokes and banter, relishing the opportunity to relax in each other's company.

However, amidst the laughter and chatter, Sahiba's phone kept buzzing incessantly with notifications. She glanced at the screen, her expression turning slightly tense with each ring, but she chose to ignore it, not wanting to disrupt the pleasant moment.

Angad noticed Sahiba's distraction and gently told her. "Sahiba, why don't you answer your phone? It seems urgent," he suggested, concern evident in his voice.

Sahiba hesitated for a moment, then excused herself from the table to take the call in private. As she stepped away, a mix of apprehension and confusion clouded her features, catching the attention of Angad, Garry, and Pam.

Curious, they exchanged glances, silently acknowledging Sahiba's unusual reaction. Something seemed amiss, and they couldn't help but wonder what could be troubling her.

Sahibreturned to the table, a faint apology on her lips for the interruption. Angad, noticing her slightly perturbed expression, inquired if everything was alright. Sahiba quickly assured him that everything was fine, diverting the conversation to lighter topics to dispel any concern. However, her slightly distracted demeanor did not go unnoticed by Angad, Garry, and Pam, who exchanged curious glances, sensing that something might be amiss.

After returning to the hotel room, Pam and Sahiba changed into more comfortable attire. Pam, sensing Sahiba's unease, decided to gently inquire about what had happened and how Sahiba was feeling.

Pam:"Sahiba, you seemed really shaken up at dinner. Is everything okay?"

Sahiba:"Well, it's just... my sister Seerat di is pushing me to get to know my Jiju'sc ousin, Manav. She even gave him my number, and he's been constantly disturbing me."

Pam: "Disturbing you? In what way?"

Sahiba:"He's been calling and texting non-stop, and his behavior at the wedding was just... creepy. He was flirting not just with me but with Keerat my younger sister too. It's making me really uncomfortable."

Pam: "That sounds awful, Sahiba. Have you told anyone about this?"

Sahiba:"Not yet. I didn't want to ruin Seerat Di's happiness by bringing it up he is Jiju's cousin. But it's getting out of hand, and I have blocked his number, hope he gets the message ."

Pam: "You shouldn't have to deal with this alone. Maybe we should let Angad know about it. He might be able to help."

Sahiba:"I don't want to cause any trouble, Pam. Let's see if I can handle it on my own first."

Sahiba felt relieved after confiding in Pam; it was as though a heavy burden had been lifted from her shoulders.

The next day was crucial, especially for Sahiba, as it marked the important meeting with key clients. The anticipation was nerve-wracking for her, knowing it would be her first time presenting in front of such esteemed individuals and international clients.

Angad noticed Sahiba's nervous demeanor as they prepared for the meeting. Sensing her anxiety, he approached her with a reassuring smile.

"Hey Sahiba, take a deep breath. You've got this," Angad said gently, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder.

Sahiba looked up at him, gratitude evident in her eyes. "I'm just feeling a bit overwhelmed, Angad. This meeting is crucial, and I don't want to let anyone down."

Angad nodded understandingly. "I know it can be intimidating, but trust me, you've prepared thoroughly, and your ideas are solid. Just be yourself, and everything will fall into place."

Sahiba took a moment to absorb his words, feeling a sense of calm wash over her. "Thanks, Angad. I needed to hear that."

"Anytime, Sahiba. Remember, we're a team, and I'm right here beside you," Angad reassured her with a reassuring smile.

With Angad's support, Sahiba felt more confident as they entered the meeting room, ready to showcase their ideas to the clients.

After the successful meeting, Angad decided it was time for a well-deserved celebration. With smiles all around, he announced to the team, "I think it's time to celebrate our victory! We've worked hard, and today's meeting was a big win for all of us."

Sahiba's face lit up with excitement as she exchanged glances with her colleagues. "Thats ounds wonderful, Angad! It's been a journey, and I'm so proud of what we've accomplished together."

Garry chimed in enthusiastically, "Absolutely! I know just the place. Let's go out for dinner and raise a toast to our success!"

Pam nodded in agreement, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "A celebration sounds perfect. We all deserve a chance to relax and enjoy ourselves after all the hard work."

With the decision made, they quickly wrapped up their belongings and made their way to the restaurant. As they entered, the ambiance was lively, with the aroma of delicious food wafting through the air.

Angad led the team to a reserved table, where they settled in and began perusing the menu. The mood was light and festive as they shared stories and laughed together ,revealing in the sense of accomplishment and camaraderie.

As they waited for their meals to arrive, Angad raised his glass, his voice filled with pride. "To our team, whose dedication and hard work made today's success possible. Here's to many more victories in the future!"

The clink of glasses echoed around the table as they all joined in the toast, their spirits high and their hearts full of gratitude for each other's contributions. It was a moment of pure joy and celebration, a testament to the power of teamwork and perseverance.

To be continued....

This version of Angad is simply dreamy. He actually listens to other people's perspectives and encourages them to confront their fears instead of rushing headlong into something.Loved the update.❤️

Chapter 8:

As they returned to the hotel after celebrating the success of the meeting, the atmosphere was still buzzing with excitement. Pam's phone rang just as they entered the lobby, prompting her to step aside to take the call. Meanwhile, Garry spotted an old friend across the lobby and went over to greet them, leaving Sahiba and Angad momentarily alone.

With the elevator doors sliding shut behind them, Angad turned to Sahiba with a warm smile. "Sahiba, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you. Today wouldn't have been possible without your hard work and dedication. Your creativity and insights truly made a difference, and I'm grateful to have you on the team."

Sahiba's cheeks flushed with appreciation as she met Angad's gaze. "Thank you, Angad. It means a lot coming from you. Working with you and the team has been an incredible experience, and I'm honored to have been a part of this success."

As they continued their conversation, the elevator suddenly jolted to a stop, the lights flickering briefly before dimming altogether. Sahiba's heart skipped a beat as she felt a surge of panic rising within her.

"Angad, what's happening?" she asked, her voice tinged with fear.

Angad reached out to reassure her, his hand resting gently on her shoulder. "Don't worry, Sahiba. It seems like we're just experiencing a minor technical issue. These things happen sometimes, but I'm sure they'll have us out of here in no time."

Despite his calming words, Sahiba couldn't shake off the sense of unease that gripped her. The confined space of the elevator felt increasingly suffocating, and she found herself instinctively reaching out to grasp Angad's hand for support.

Angad's presence offered a sense of comfort and reassurance, his steady gaze meeting hers with unwavering confidence. "Hey, it's going to be okay," he said softly, squeezing her hand gently in return. "I'm right here with you. We'll get through this together."

As they waited for help to arrive, the minutes stretched into what felt like an eternity. Yet, in that moment of uncertainty and vulnerability, Sahiba found solace in the strength of Angad's presence beside her, his unwavering support serving as a beacon of hope amidst the darkness of their temporary confinement.

"To ease the tension and distract Sahiba from the situation, Angad suggested they play a game where they could get to know each other better. "Let's play a game," he proposed with a reassuring smile. "We'll take turns asking each other questions. Simple ones, like favorite colors, favorite foods, anything to keep our minds off the situation."

Sahiba nodded, grateful for the distraction, and they began their impromptu game of questions and answers. "Okay, I'll start," Angad said, his voice light and playful. "What's your favorite color?"

Sahiba chuckled softly, relieved to have something to focus on other than the elevator's malfunction. "Pink," she replied with a smile. "What about you?"

Angad grinned, enjoying the back-and-forth. "Blue," he answered. "Alright, next question. What's your favorite food?"

Sahiba's eyes lit up with enthusiasm. "Paneer tikka masala," she said without hesitation. "What about you?"

Angad chuckled, finding her enthusiasm contagious. "Chicken biryani," he replied. "Okay, my turn. What's your favorite hobby?"

As they continued exchanging questions and answers, the momentum of the game grew, each question revealing a new facet of their personalities and deepening their connection amidst the confines of the elevator. Seeing the chance, Angad seized the opportunity to inquire about Sahiba's demeanor the previous evening and the phone call during dinner. The events had lingered in his thoughts, prompting him to seek clarification from Sahiba.

Angad: "I know it's none of my business, but what happened last night, Sahiba? I could clearly tell that something was bothering you."

Sahiba looked at Angad, taken aback by his directness, and replied, "It's nothing, don't worry."

But Angad persisted, his concern evident in his voice, "Please, Sahiba. You can trust me. Tell me what's on your mind."

Reluctantly, Sahiba opened up, sharing the unsettling encounter with Manav during the wedding festivities and then the phone calls. As she recounted the incident, Angad felt a surge of anger coursing through him, his protective instincts kicking in.

Angad: "I'm really sorry you had to go through that, Sahiba. No one should ever make you feel uncomfortable like that. If you ever feel unsafe or need someone to talk to, please know that you can always come to me. Your safety and well-being are important to me, and I won't tolerate anyone treating you disrespectfully."

In the dimly lit confines of the elevator, Sahiba absorbs Angad's words with a sense of gratitude, feeling a newfound warmth in their budding friendship. Sensing his protective aura, she finds solace in his presence amidst the darkness. As the air grows still, she softly whispers a heartfelt thank you, acknowledging the comfort he brings. Their intertwined hands remain unnoticed until the elevator doors slide open, jolting them back to reality. Stepping out, they finally realize their lingering touch, exchanging a sheepish glance. Sahiba releases Angad's hand as they part ways toward their respective rooms, bidding each other farewell. However, her heart skips a beat as Angad surprises her by escorting her to her door. In a tender gesture, he leans in close and whispers a soft goodbye, calling her "sweetheart" with a hint of romance, leaving Sahiba pleasantly surprised and touched by his affectionate words.

In the privacy of her hotel room whilst Pam was still away , Sahiba finds herself replaying the tender moment with Angad in her mind, a soft smile gracing her lips. The endearing term "sweetheart" echoes in her thoughts, stirring unfamiliar but pleasant sensations within her. She feels a warmth spreading through her chest, touched by Angad's protective demeanor and the care he showed during their time together in the elevator. It's the first time someone has called her such an affectionate term and shown such genuine concern for her well-being, leaving Sahiba feeling cherished and valued. As she reflects on the encounter, she can't help but feel a sense of gratitude and admiration for Angad, her heart fluttering with newfound emotions.

Garry entered the room with a grin, his eyes scanning the space until they landed on Angad, who was sitting on the edge of the bed, a contented smile playing on his lips.

"Alright, what's got you grinning like the cat that got the cream?" Garry quipped, flopping down onto the nearby armchair.

Angad chuckled softly, his smile widening as he glanced up at his cousin. "Oh ,nothing much, just feeling good about how today went," he replied, histone casual but his eyes betraying a hint of something more.

Garry raised an eyebrow, sensing that there was more to Angad's demeanor than met the eye. "Come on, spill it," he urged, leaning forward with interest. "I know that look, bro. Something's definitely up."

Angad hesitated for a moment, debating whether to share his thoughts with Garry. But seeing the expectant look on his cousin's face, he decided to open up.

"Well, you know Sahiba, right?" Angad began, his tone slightly sheepish as hementioned her name .

Garrynodded, his curiosity piqued. "Yeah, What about her?"

Angad tooka deep breath, trying to find the right words to express what he was feeling."I don't know how to explain it, but... I think I might be developing feelings for her," he admitted, his voice quieter now, as if he were confessing a secret.

Garry's eyes widened in surprise, but he quickly recovered, a mischievous glintentering his gaze. "Well, well, well, looks like someone's got a crush! Believe it or not Veer and me sensed it!" he teased, unable to resist poking fun at his cousin”

Angad rolled his eyes good-naturedly, but there was a hint of seriousness in his expression. "It's not just a crush, Garry. I genuinely care about her, and I can't shake this feeling that there's something special between us," he confessed, his voice tinged with uncertainty.

Garry studied Angad for a moment, his playful demeanor softening as he recognized the sincerity in his cousin's words. "Hey, I get it, man. Sometimes, you just can't help who you fall for," he offered, offering a reassuring smile. "But you know the drill – tread carefully, especially since you two work together."

Angad nodded, grateful for Garry's understanding. "Yeah, I know. I don't want things to get complicated, but... I can't ignore how I feel," he admitted, his gaze drifting off into the distance as he contemplated the situation.

Garry clapped a hand on Angad's shoulder, offering his support. "Well, whatever happens, you know I've got your back, right? Just don't do anything too reckless," he advised, his tone light but earnest.

Angad smiled gratefully, feeling a sense of relief wash over him. "Thanks ,Garry. I appreciate it," he replied, his mind already buzzing with thoughts of what the future might hold for him and Sahiba.

As they continued their conversation late into the night, Angad couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement mingled with apprehension. Little did he know, his confession to Garry was just the beginning of a journey that would test his resolve and lead him down a path he never expected.

Chapter 9

The following morning, an early flight awaited them, prompting Garry to orchestrate a seat swap with Sahiba under the guise of discussing something important with Pam. This maneuver resulted in Sahiba and Angad finding themselves seated next to each other for the journey.

Angad: Sahiba. Did you manage to get some rest last night?

Sahiba:Yes, I did, thank you. Although, I must admit, the early morning wake-up call was a bit rough. How about you?

Angad: I know what you mean. Early flights always throw off my sleep schedule a bit. But a cup of strong coffee usually does the trick. Speaking of mornings, are you a morning person?

Sahiba: Not particularly, but I've learned to adapt, especially when there's important work to be done. Are you a morning person?

Angad: Surprisingly, yes. My family has always been early risers, so it's sort of ingrained in me. Speaking of family, have I ever told you about my big, loud Punjabi family?

Sahiba: No,you haven't!

Angad:Well, get ready, because it's quite the story. I come from a family of extroverts—lots of loud laughter, endless chatter, and of course, amazing food. Family gatherings are like mini festivals, with everyone pitching in to cook, dance, and share stories late into the night.

Sahiba:That sounds wonderful, Angad. It must be so special to have such a close-knit family.

Angad: It definitely is. They've been my rock through thick and thin. But enough about me. Tell me, Sahiba, what's your family like? Do you have any siblings?

Sahiba:Yes, I have an older sister named Seerat the one who got married and younger sister Keerat. We're very close, despite our occasional squabbles.

Angad: Siblings are the best, aren't they? It sounds like you and your sisters have a special bond.

Sahiba: We do, indeed. Family is everything, isn't it?

Angad: Absolutely. And speaking of family, I have a feeling you'd fit right in with mine. You've got that warm, welcoming vibe that my family would adore.

Sahiba:*blushes* Thank you, Angad. That's really sweet of you to say.

Angad: It's the truth, Sahiba. I can already imagine you joining in on our lively gatherings, laughing and sharing stories with everyone.

Sahiba:*feeling shy* Angad. Your family sounds wonderful. I have met Garry and Veer and they are so nice

Angad: They are, indeed. And I have a feeling they'd like you just as much as I do.

Sahiba:*smiling shyly* Thank you, Angad. That means a lot to me.

Angad: Anytime, Sahiba. You're my friend now so your bound to meet my family

Sahiba blushed at Angad's words, feeling a warmth spread through her cheeks. The rest of the flight seemed to pass in a blur as they continued their conversation, the time slipping away faster than expected.

As Sahiba stepped into her house in Ludhiana after returning from Delhi, she was greeted warmly by her parents, Tayji, and Seerat. Genuine smiles lit up their faces as they welcomed her home.

"Welcome back, Sahiba! How was your trip?" her mother asked, her eyes shining withmotherly affection.

"It was really good, Mummy. We had a successful meeting in Delhi," Sahiba replied, her voice filled with enthusiasm.

Seerat who was there interjected, her tone a mix of excitement and apprehension. "Sahiba, there's something important we need to discuss. Can we talk privately for a moment?"

Sahiba's curiosity was piqued, but she nodded and followed Seerat into another room, her heart pounding with anticipation.

Once they were alone, Seerat wasted no time in getting to the point. "Sahiba, Karan's cousin Manav is here with a marriage proposal for you. He's a nice guy, and if you agree, we can all go to Canada together. It'll be a great opportunity for you."

Sahiba felt her heart sink at Seerat's words. She had always found the topic of marriage stressful, especially marriage with someone she hardly knew, and the thought of moving to Canada under such circumstances filled her with dread. "Seerat Di, I appreciate your concern, but I can't agree to this. Marriage is a big decision, and I need to marry someone I respect as love can happen later but I don’t have any respect for Manav," she replied, her voice firm with conviction.

Seerat's expression darkened, her disappointment palpable. "But Sahiba, this is a golden opportunity for you! You can't let it slip away just because of your morals," she argued, her tone tinged with frustration.

Keerat, who had been silently observing the conversation from the door entered, spoke up in support of her sister. "Seerat Di, Sahiba Di is right. Marriage should be based on love and mutual respect, not convenience or societal pressure. Sahiba deserves to choose her own path in life," she said, her voice calm yet resolute.

Seerat's anger flared at Keerat's words, but before she could respond, Sahiba intervened. "I need some time to think about this, Seerat Di. Please understand," she said, her eyes pleading for understanding.

With a heavy heart, Sahiba left the room annoying Seerat.

As Sahiba retreated to her room after the heated discussion with Seerat, a whirlwind of emotions consumed her thoughts. The pressure Seerat was putting on her to consider Manav's proposal felt suffocating. Sitting on her bed, Sahiba couldn't help but contrast Manav with Angad. While Manav represented the traditional expectations of an arranged marriage, Angad embodied a different kind of connection—one built on friendship, respect, and understanding. The mere thought of Manav paled in comparison to the comfort and ease she felt around Angad. As she pondered her options, Sahiba found herself yearning for the genuine companionship she had experienced with Angad during their time together in Delhi. She wondered what was happening to her?

The next day, being a Sunday, Angad made plans to go out for lunch with his cousins. Meanwhile, by a twist of fate, Sahiba found herself in the same café with her sisters, Seerat and Keerat. After the heated argument the previous day, the sisters recognized the need to lighten the atmosphere and spend some quality time together.

As Angad noticed Sahiba entering the restaurant, a soft smile played on his lips, catching the attention of his cousins who were seated strategically to catch Sahiba's arrival without her noticing them.

Garry, everthe instigator, nudged Angad with a playful smirk.

Garry:"Hey, Angad bro, looks like someone's got a special guest on their mind!"

Veer, unable to resist joining in the teasing, added with a grin:

Veer:"I think Sahiba Ji’s presence has turned our serious CEO into a hopeless romantic!"

Kiara, always one for banter, chimed in with a giggle:

Kiara:"I must say, Angad paaji, you've got that dreamy look like you're in a Bollywood movie!"

Their light-hearted teasing elicited a chuckle from Angad, who shook his head in mock exasperation. Though he tried to play it cool, the playful ribbing from his cousins only served to highlight the subtle warmth in his expression.

As the Monga sisters, Sahiba and Keerat, were enjoying their meal, Seerat excused herself to go to the washroom. Unbeknownst to them, Manav, who had been spying on them for some time, saw this as the perfect opportunity to make his move. With a sly grin, he sauntered over to their table and boldly took a seat, catching Sahiba and Keerat off guard.

Sahiba:"Excuse me, but this table is taken. Could you please find somewhere else to sit?"

Manav: grinning arrogantly "Oh, come on, sweetheart. There's plenty of room for all of us here."

Sahiba: firmly "I said, please leave."

Manav: growing irritated "What's the matter? Don't you want some company? I thought we could get to know each other better."

Sahiba: steadfast "I have no interest in getting to know you. Now, please, leave us alone."

Manav:sneering "Stubborn, aren't you? You don't know what you're missing. Maybeyour younger sister is more open-minded."

Keerat:standing up defiantly "Back off, creep. We don't want anything to do with you."

Manav: ignoring Sahiba's refusal, turning to Keerat "Well, hello there. You seem much more pleasant than your sister. How about you and I-"

Manav:stunned by Sahiba's slap, his cheek stinging "What was that for?!"

Sahiba:fiercely "For being a despicable, disrespectful man who can't take a hint!"

Manav:grabbing Sahiba's wrist tightly "You little-"

Angad: appearing beside them, his voice cold and threatening "Let her go."

Manav releases Sahiba's hand and turns to face Angad, his expression defiant.

Manav:tauntingly "Who are you to tell me what to do?"

Angad:calmly, but with an undercurrent of anger "Someone who won't stand by while a woman is harassed."

Manav:laughing dismissively "You think you can intimidate me? I'd like to seeyou try-"

Before Manav could finish his sentence, Angad's fist connected with his jaw, sendinghim staggering backward. Garry and Veer, Angad's cousins, moved forward tore strain Manav as he stumbled, clearly dazed by the blow.

Seerat entered the scene, her eyes widening in shock as she witnessed the altercation unfolding before her. She rushed over to Sahiba and Keerat, concern etched on her face as she took in the scene.

Seerat: alarmed "What's going on here? Sahiba, Keerat, are you both alright?"

Sahiba: her voice trembling with anger "Seerat Di, it's Manav. He's been disturbing us."

Keerat: her expression grim "He wouldn't leave us alone, despite Sahiba Di's clear refusal. He has been disturbing both of us since your wedding festivals."

Seerat's eyes flashed with anger as she turned to confront Manav, her disappointment evident.

Seerat:sternly "Manav, is this true? Have you been bothering my sisters?"

Manav, still reeling from Angad's punch and now facing Seerat's fury, looked awaysheepishly, unable to meet her gaze.

Manav:evasively "It's just a misunderstanding, Seerat Bhabhi. I was just-"

Seerat:cutting him off, her voice firm "Enough. I don't want to hear any excuses. You know better than to behave this way. I thought you genuinely wanted to get to know Sahiba but i never knew your intentions were bad"

Manav left feeling humillated

Seerat turned to Angad, her expression softening with gratitude for his intervention.

Seerat: gratefully "Thank you for stepping in. We appreciate your help."

Angad nodded, his gaze steady as he returned Seerat's appreciation.

Angad turned to Sahiba, concern etched on his face as he asked if she was okay.

Angad:gently "Sahiba, are you alright?"

Sahiba managed a reassuring smile, grateful for his intervention.

Sahiba:softly "Yes, thank you, Angad. Thanks a lot."

Her sisters, Seerat and Keerat, exchanged puzzled glances, noticing the unfamiliarity of the situation.

Seerat:curiously "Who's this?"

Keerat:echoing her confusion "Yeah, how do you know him, Sahiba Di?"

Sahiba:honestly "He's my boss, Angad. He happened to be around and offered to help."

Seerat and Keerat nodded, accepting Sahiba's explanation, though still slightly surprised by the unexpected encounter.

Angad insisted on dropping them home, concerned for their safety after the unsettling encounter with Manav. However, Sahiba and her sisters initially refused, feeling uneasy about accepting such a gesture from their boss. It was only after some convincing from Garry and Veer, Angad's cousins, that they reluctantly agreed to let him accompany them.

As Angad left to drop Sahiba and her sisters, his cousins couldn't help but smile anddiscuss their relationship.

Garry:"You know, guys, I think there's more to Angad's feelings for Sahiba than he's letting on."

Veer: "I did tell you i think he has a crush on her? Is there more? You think he likes her?"

Garry: "I'm sure he does. I've seen the way he looks at her, how protective he gets. And maybe he told me in Delhi."

Kiara: "Wow, really? I had no idea."

Ekam:"So, what do you think he's going to do about it?"

Garry:"I'm not sure. Angad's always been pretty private about his personal life. But with Sahiba, it's different. He seems more open."

Prince:"Do you think Sahiba feels the same way about him?"

Garry:"Hard to say. But they do seem to get along well. Maybe there's something there."

Veer:"Well, whatever happens, I hope it works out for them. Angad Paaji deserves to be happy."

Kiara: "Agreed. Let's just support him and see where things go."

Ekam:"Definitely. And if Sahiba makes him happy, then I'm all for it."

Prince: "Me too. Let's just hope they figure it out soon."

As Angad drove Sahiba and her sisters home, he decided to engage them in conversation to distract from the earlier incident.

Angad:"So, Keerat, how's college treating you these days? Any exciting projects or exams coming up?"

Keerat, surprised: "Um, it's going well, thanks for asking. I do have a project due next week, actually."

Angad:"And Seerat, how's married life treating you?"

Seerat, taken aback: "Uh, it's... fine, I guess. Just getting used to everything."

Sahiba, noticing her sisters' surprise: "Wow, Angad, you remembered all this?"

Angad, with a smile: " I like to remember these things."

Seerat and Keerat exchanged looks of astonishment, impressed by Angad's attentiveness and warmth.

As they pulled up to Sahiba's house, her sisters thanked Angad for his help and swiftly exited the car. However, Sahiba lingered for a moment longer, wanting to express her gratitude directly to Angad.

Sahiba:"Angad, I just wanted to thank you again for everything today. You really went above and beyond to help us out, and I truly appreciate it."

Angad, witha warm smile: "Hey, anything for you, Sahiba. I'm just glad I could be there to help."

Sahiba, feeling touched: "Well, it means a lot to me. And thank you for being so kind to my sisters too."

Angad:"It was my pleasure. It was lovely to meet them."

As Sahiba prepared to leave the car, Angad leaned over and opened the window, catching her attention once more.

Angad:"See you tomorrow, sweetheart."

Sahiba felt her cheeks flush with a blush at his words, a shy smile playing on her lips.

Meanwhile,Seerat and Keerat observed Sahiba's blush from a distance, exchanging knowing glances as they realized there might be more to Sahiba and Angad's relationship than meets the eye.
