One more thing is that Ram is Ram because of Lakshman and Sita.Its not the other way round.Had Lakshman not accompanied him and be like a strong shoulder for him,Ram would have ended his life when Sita got abducted.He would have lost the will to live only.Lakshman's intellect was equal to Ram.He was the one who motivated him to fight Viradha ,questions the authenticity of the golden deer,holds him when Sita gets abducted and Maya Sita was killed,lovingly takes care of him with no questions asked when Sita is in forest.I think apart from dilution ,they wanted to make the audience understand the reasons of Ram's decisions.As Lakshman was the only person present ,they made him argumentative so that the POV of Ram is brought in front of the audience.Shiv and Parvati are sufficient for the explaining part.They could have added more dialogues to them.But had they done so, ,Lakshman's s part in the show would got more diminished and he would have become a prop only with no dialogues.I don't appreciation the negative character arc but it's the only explanation for his character portrayal as well as the extended timeline.

Yes probably true,,but I feel even argumentative part is not big problem if they show it correctly,,isse pehle bhi every series shown lakshman as doing arguments,,but showing it respectfully with intellectual reasoning ke dialogues is something bare minimum they shd hv done atleast in his writing for script,,,and again hanuman ke saath comparison ka kya sense banta hai,,,ram ka pov laane ke liye lakshman ke questions is fair enough but hanuman se compare karke Lakshman ke character ko sochna and likhna is totally misunderstood take on him...

and in screen space as u said,, if everything goes to shiv Parvati,,so they did this way,,,then they shd hv rather given more dialogues to lakshman as many they gave only for explaining Ram's pov to Audience,,they cld hv added some more reflecting Lakshman's intellect & encouraging side or taking care of Ram,,unke scenes aur badha dete,,,

And above all,, Indrajeet vadh & warrior aspect of lakshman ko dilute karne ka to koi reason nahi milta except for Aanand neelkanth's failed attempt to overglorify Meghnad,,which he again messed up totally...so was problem with Vibhishan even,,,ravan ke dialogue dekho and Vibhishan !!!.... lakshman and Vibhishan r totally messed up by them and previous shows hv done good script with them,,so felt ki aise impossible task nahi tha lakshman Vibhishan ko likhna,,,

I came to know very late abt ndtv ramayan,,i wld recommend it to u also,, bahut mast hai script wise they did write every character to such details,, kaushalya, Ram Lakshman Vibhishan sugreev everyone was written to depth,,tho I was not able to connect to actors much...but overall very very nice ramayan based series.

I am Also feeling that....but still let's wait,,maybe it will turn out very nice as it unfolds more....song part mein sahi Gaye hai aajtak,,i hv hopes here too.

Waise I was expecting ki iss diwali segment mein yeh log kuch imp.sequence ka kaise kya process ki,,thinking,,execution wise woh sab bhi discussion mein lenge thoda,,par actually koi ramayan ki main ghatna par baat hi nahi Hui...it was friends chit chat mostly😄...

I too thought this as a serious discussion but it was totally opposite to that

Dost , there's a lot of writing mistakes in the show and Mr.Tewary claimed that a team of 6 are writers.I don't know what they were doing in a lot of parts.I always had problems with the deliberate diminishing of Lakshman's character.Thanks for reminding about Yuddh kand.Itbwas horrible

Miss Bansal unfortunately couldn't contribute to the chit chat show as she is shy and more conscious and thinking about how she is presenting herself.A rookie.!😊The place where I'm sympathetic to her was how she got injured during the Sita haran.Thats why in general acting looks so realistic in movies and in good shows.Mr.Dheer doesn't know his own strength,it seems he gets into the character.He must have picked her up like a ragged doll.It happens when one gets too much into character.

As predicted ,Sujay probably stopped working out after shooting for few months 😁.He is a big time foodie .That's why I was able to notice his widening girth and rounder face which was earlier chiseled and made him look attractive for the role.He took full advantage of the royal clothes by hiding behind them. 😁.When I pointed it out ,someone in the group chided me that they are not getting time to rest ,let alone work out because of the heavy schedule but at the end it's about discipline which is not easy to implement 😁.He is if course philosophical which helped him in this role a lot.

Mr.Bhatt comes across as a very intelligent person who is creative as well but he came across as a person who is hiding something to me .He did not look happy about his character arc and only focussed on discussing about Ram He did not like the writing as well from his subtle body language and has hard time hiding his distaste for Mr.Tewary.

Mr.Wadhwa came across as the typical Punjabi ,fun loving guy with a huge heart.A total simpleton who doesn't use a lot of his grey cells.A happy go lucky guy with lots of discipline.

I found Mr Tewary to be the shadiest of all in this lot.He is presenting himself as some other person only when actually he is not that person.Also I felt all were praising him to be in his good books.It was more difficult for Mr.Bhatt but he still did it.Can't blame them though...!!

I also commented yesterday how there were only 4 people in the talk show.The thing is because the show got extended unnecessarily,a lot of other actors had to leave or join other shows ,hence the other actors were not there which somehow made this talkshow incomplete for me

Do u think Mr Reu will be good as Krishna..??
