An actor won't quit a show that got them recognition unless they have a strong financial backup or they got better offer in other streams like movies etc.With so many new faces swimming around plus OTP lus youtube influencers,its very difficult to be rooted in this industry.This is Sujay 's first break.Also I read somewhere that payments in TV industry is u get paid after 3 months of the particular episode .So if this show started on 1st Jan,then the payment of it will be handed over after March.Quitting now will risk the wrath of the producer,payment flow stopped and boycotted on the industry .Specially when u got recognition for ur work after 13 years of grinding.

Because of the way they are now showing the progress of this serial ,anyone would want to move out of it.Even the strongest pillar of SR looks fed up and now given up.This happens when a show is extended as per the whims and fancies of channel and then even made worse by the production house.Frankly ,even if he quits now,I won't complain.His body language is so apparent ,smile looks forced and eyes look dim.Either overworked,not slept ,severely low on mental energy,yet forced to show up for work even though u once enjoyed it thoroughly and now it seems like a nightmare Plus not able to be with ur family even in this festive season.My complete sympathies to u Mr.Reu .May the real Shree Ram guides the onscreen perfect Shree Ram well in this Vijayaddashmi.!!
