I think you should listen to your customers and their honest feedback! The color for beginners and explorers are so pretty, why are they being wasted like that? Maybe you could swap the greens with the blues? Also remove the duller shades like the rocker and dazzler one, they are not attractive at all. Maybe give those shades to the newbies.

Also I think the colors should be mixed and matched for variety, instead of giving all red/orange shades to DT and keeping purples together etc. That gets boring.

Also idk if its just me but viewbie and CM shade almost looks the same.

But we’ve already had this blue colour when we were a Newbie, Groupbie and Dazzler so who would want this same colour again?
