In India there is no automatic annulment of marriage under Hindu marriage act. One or both parties have to go thru legal process to get marriage annulment done with relevant proofs.

I have few times last year in other EDTs mentioned this, from what I searched online R's forced marriage to M at mandap in RM serial if it happens in real world is both adharmic as per customs, as well as illegal & invalid as per law. R is NOT legal wife of M as per how marriage happened.

(irrespective of M's first wife is now dead or alive)

But due to G custody case M was blackmailed & under severe pressure even post marriage to R (added there was that 6 months temporary custody order of judge) so we were told he could not take legal route to get annulment done declaring R's marriage with him null and void. (not divorce but annulment)

A valid Hindu marriage has to be between a man & woman of eligible age who are NOT having any alive spouse at the time of marriage, both marrying with MUTUAL consent out of will with NO force, fraud, blackmail or cohersion, also both bride and groom have to be mentally fit & physically competent and NOT intoxicated under influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of marriage.

Otherwise such marriage is invalid & illegal marriage for which annulment is sought, divorce is only for legally valid marriages.

What's clear after this bit is Mohan knows who is his wife,can plant 100 Tulsis in his room,will not work-for public is easy,can't love her cause she's not his Tulsi,for Mohan-for the moment could say is because he moved on long ago,later will understand is his heart that rejects to love 1 copy.

Why else? She must know well what's between them,they were talking near her in the room and had no problem,everything she does is to force a rift between them,appears from different places in unexpected moments only to annoy them. She never asked who is R husband,nobody else lives with R there,she stays overnight and her invisible husband won't ask why..even if she had incomplete info not hard to guess is Mohan.

Vamps mission after all:the more they try to separate the couple the closer they get.

Tulsi saved step (this time ) as in it was her idea to decorate the room for MT first night. Another "look how i'm fainting" scene that M trusts (should not work for long) and he takes T to the room. One thing T is right about Mohan,he is hot but chiii...she won't mind to celebrate the night.

Step sweating a bit after T left

KK sisters hit again torture R with the famous night idea.

R finally prays to BB ji and Mohan appears,he can't do anything,just managed to reject T because of her health state.

RM sweet scene...probably one of the last moments of peace. T screaming like that,probably even R dad and Dadi in Barsana can hear her noise. Time for Mohan to say who is R for him,can't possible tolerate to be called dusri aurat.

Tulsi - smart .. scheming and her thoughts on SR--cringe👿👿.Will get obsessed with Mohan i guess 🙄

Was she not informed about everything by Kaddu prior to entering TH??..they would have met before right 🤔🤔.Then what's the talk now of joining hands and defeating Radha... The date RM never had before falling in love but aren't doing couple things in order or in normal places;tea date in the garden is the best they could have in these conditions. Calm after one and before another storm. What could have annoyed T,if she was there all along,was the hair kiss...were not even sharing same chair or whole planet would have heard her screaming. Her weak health ruins whatever she's planning when alone,if she's unwell Mohan doesn't want to stress her more,if she claims to be ok will have to hear his demand.

Looks like that,fake Tulsi entered before planned and step had no time to check who is she and if she can trust her or has her own reasons to be there. Can be good,in time will turn one against the other...maybe end up exposing each other or step will try to play saviour (whenever she decides to get rid of T) and claim she found fake Tulsi truth,this again will help her remain as a good mom in Mohan's eyes and make R mission difficult.
