Sangeeta Ghosh popularly known as Saanchi of Kehta Hai Dil... Jee Le Zara started her acting career at the age of 10 as a child artist in the serial Hum Hindustani. After college, she started modelling and then ventured into acting. She was launched as a lead actress in Mehendi Tere Naam Ki but her claim to fame was the show Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand where she sketched Pammi's character. A trained dancer, Sangeeta has also hosted and performed at the dance reality shows. But when Sangeeta decided to make a come back on the small screen after a hiatus of six years, she chose a women centric soap to play the lead role of Saanchi in Kehta Hai Dil... Jee Le Zara.
