After a long wait, The Family Man is ready for another run. Prime Video has announced November 21 as the global premiere date for Season 3 of its hit spy series. The show, created by Raj and DK under their banner D2R Films, continues the story of Srikant Tiwari, played by Manoj Bajpayee, who juggles two exhausting lives, one as a top intelligence operative and the other as a husband and father constantly trying to hold his family together.

The new season has been co-written by Raj, DK, and Suman Kumar, with dialogues by Sumit Arora. This time, direction duties are shared by Raj, DK, Suman, and Tusshar Seyth, setting the stage for what’s being called the most intense chapter yet.

Bigger Battles, Deadlier Foes

Season 3 finds Srikant stepping into his most personal and perilous mission. The story introduces new antagonists, Jaideep Ahlawat as Rukma and Nimrat Kaur as Meera, two names expected to add new shades of conflict. The chase pushes Srikant beyond familiar borders, with threats coming from outside as well as within the system he protects.

The core team returns in full force: Sharib Hashmi reprises his role as JK Talpade, Priyamani returns as Suchitra, and the Tiwari children, played by Ashlesha Thakur and Vedant Sinha, are back alongside Shreya Dhanwanthary and Gul Panag. The makers have hinted that this season explores the cost of duty more sharply than ever.

Nikhil Madhok, who heads Originals at Prime Video India, shared that The Family Man has become part of pop culture and credited D2R Films for bringing stories that connect with a wide audience. He mentioned that Season 3 will carry the show’s signature mix of humor and action, powered by a strong ensemble and sharp writing.

Raj and DK Promise a Wilder Ride

Raj and DK expressed gratitude for the love the series has received over the years. They said the long wait was about ensuring this season felt worth it. The duo shared that the new story flips the game for Srikant, making the hunter turn into the hunted. The threat this time, they hinted, is unlike anything the character has faced before and could tear apart both his mission and his personal life.

They believe audiences will enjoy the emotional and action-packed narrative as much, if not more, than the previous two chapters. With tension, humor, and family drama colliding once again, The Family Man Season 3 looks set to take the franchise to its boldest point yet.
