The unsuccessful is a story which was born out of the thought how people deal with separations and the emotional turmoil they undergo during their journey. Separations are such heart wrenching phase of ones lives which none can forget even if the try their best, sometimes cause of their faults and sometimes cause of their GUILT. The story trails along the path of two eternal lovers called Viraat and Maanvi who are in no way PERFECT but still were destined to be with each other. Situations took them away only to get them back again. Though the main focus will lie on VirMan still the other characters and their impact on their relations will be very strong. Each and every character will have their own colour which will put more shades on VirMan life.
Main Characters
Maanvi Sharma : An independent woman, 27 yrs old working in an Marketing Agency as a Manager. Married to Viraat Singh Vadhera but now separated. Presently staying in with a close friend Aashia.
Viraat Singh Vadhera : A super successful business tycoon by his own virtue. Is the protg of THE VADHERAS who took the family business to an all new height at the age of 30.
Aashia : 21yrs old girl doing her Masters in Business Management. Lives with Maanvi in her apartment and is an orphan. Completely crazy , pleasantly stupid and can be passed as Maanvi version 2. She is girl who defines LIFE and will breathe life into VirMan.
Jeevika : A strong and sensible woman married to Viraat's elder brother Viren Vadhera and best friend of Maanvi. She is a woman of strong sense of right and wrong. Very supportive but highly emotional. Maanvi and Jeevika share a very deep relation.
Viren Vadhera : Age around 34 and is a well known Hotelier. Elder brother of Viraat and Husband of Jeevika. He totally compliments Jeevika in every way.
Other Characters
Adi : Boy friend of Aashia
Vanshika : Mother of Viren and Viraat , sophisticated and an absolutely NO NONSENSE lady.
Vijay Singh Vadhera : Grandfather of Viraat and Viren , pioneer of Vadhera Groups of Industries.
Plot
Story is set in India mainly in cities of Delhi and Mumbai. Maanvi, a confident marketing manager lives in Delhi with her roommate and a close friend Aashia. Aashia is younger to Maanvi but still grew too close to her. They share a very special relation and one of the major reason behind is Aashia being an orphan. There were certain shades in Aashia which would always remind one of Maanvi. Maanvi had a part of her embedded in her.
The Vadheras on the other hand where settled in Mumbai immersed in their booming Raw Material and Steel Industries plus Hotel business. Viraat Vadhera the younger grandson of Vijay Vadhera took over his Dada ji's empire after his demise, while Viren handled the Hotel Business all along. Jeevika was the strongest link in their family who took care of everybody in the family with elegance.
Few years back certain things happened in their lives which turned the lives of Viraat and Maanvi upside down and nothing remained the same ever since then.
