Nice song and nice singing.
Never heard this song before, not bad. Nice job singing by Madhushree. She has been one of those singers in this competition that has impressed me or shown me more than I already expected. So for that great job!
In this song, it was a test of pure voice. Clarity, quality, and projection. This is what slow songs are about, since you are singing slowly, the characteristics of your voice are magnified. Not only your voice, but everything gets magnified as you are singing it's easy to notice all the details. Overall, I think Madhushree showed she has a great voice. Though obviously her voice clarity was great, I think that could've been a little bitter in some areas. Lastly, there were some more difficult portions, some higher portions, which could've gone a little better, at 1 point her voice kind of thinned, but overall she did a good job there.
Overall, I think in this song, the test of voice, Madhushree passes. Great job overall. Nice, smooth, and she does indeed have a good voice. I'ts not easy for anyone to pull a song like this out. Needing a great voice is a requirement, but besides for that, Madhushree displayed good ability in some higher sequences. Though, as I said, it could've gone better in some areas and the clarity wasn't that good.
So overall, it was a little better than Sunidhi's singing this round, but the difference isn't that great as she didn't do that good in some of the more difficult sequences. So overall, it was just good. And the romantic feel wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either, so no added or subtracted points for that.
