Think Virat's divorce might be due to many reasons, main being Babita and Priyanka not getting along due to possessiveness over Virat with him unable to satisfy both. Till before Babita's insult of Amruta at MS/Virat's divorce insult by Aaji, the story was getting into shape and viewers starting to accept Virat. But after that, everything went wrong with Virat/Amruta relationship. He overtook Babita in insulting/blaming Amruta for every bad thing that happened. Can only be compensated by Amruta never relenting to his dominance and him having to pay a heavy price for messing up. The writer can even do damage control by making his repentance phase/pacifying Amruta by adding in relatable sincere efforts on Virat's part with more of positive nok joks than romance.

Kalyani, Abhiraj & to some extent Shekar - these are people who in a way helped Amruta to bring forth Tara's truth before police, to prove herself innocent.

All are visible but Kalyani went missing, who needs to be thanked more for tracking currency serial numbers rightly and taking Amruta to same car showroom branch from which same currency given by Tara got deposited back into Indie bank.

About Virat.. I agree with the things you mentioned in bold. Baat yeh thodi si irritating and overreacting because of ego issues tak rehti to i was fine. Say, by itself, as an individual scene with no past, I didnt mind the hospital scene, the rain sequence scene etc. By itself it was even cute and loveable. And going by how he reacted in these situations, I wont be surprised if he behaved similarly towards Priyanka too. We also saw how badly Babita manipluted him to take revenge on Ammu. So for me, both him and Babita being the cause of divorce and Priyanka being it are possibilities. Guess I wont have much complaints whichever way they take it.

It's not like that Virat is the reason for divorce...After shaping up of his cynical character it's odd to think that Virat is only a victim in that case

Don't mess up with their bond as per your requirement give time to evolve their relationship so audience can feel their intensity and ship them too. Honestly their catch and fall except some scene was very unrealistic... Don't know it's directions fault...Or the problem is in their height difference...Back falling phir bhi teek hai ..But the way Ammu falling infront and Virat catching is so unrealistic.

Direction always. It's first the CVs then actors. If the team does their work properly, it's easier for the actors.

Now they should move story forward particularly with leads they cannot drag with forced fall and catch or eyelock and than back to revenge or nok jhonk mode. They are human beings not robots that to change feelings once program is set. Now atleast one should realise true feelings and they should mainly move towards ML redemption so audience accept their relationship.
