I know Physical Harassment and Verbal Harassment are two different thing and shouldn't be compared. But I put this purposely to increase the intensity of situation.

Sometimes we go to boss for some personal reason. Even if the company doesn't offer loan, we know that the boss can help either by personally or by contribution from other employees. We trusted boss that he won't use this information for malign purpose.

Suppose instead of money, a girl goes to boss to ask for blood donation of O+ for your bf. You want to check if any employee in the data is O+ and can be contacted quickly. And the boss said I am O+ and I can donate but I want to see you naked. Since girl has no time she agrees. Is it a deal?

There is so many source to get blood donation. If they don't have it, they will arrange and send to the hospital. No need to go to boss

If they don't have, how they will arrange. Nobody arranges. Hospitals will say, check with some blood donation centre. We have to run, call and check with all the centre. In a small town, there are not enough blood donation centre. Even they have, not too many people donate blood regularly. Especially case with rare blood group.

That's why there are many fb group related to it. In my company also, I saw 1 or 2 mail from HR for blood donation.

I have seen a lot of volunteers who keep searching untill they get it. If needed to ask the boss, then volunteer gonna ask. We run, ask among relatives and collugues but definitely not in private.

Anyway 1 person can donate only 1 bag, no one dies for 1 bag but feels weak so no one gonna share bed for this.

Why volunteer gonna ask your boss?

Sometimes it require more than 4 unit and with a rare blood group it is really hard to find especially in a case like road accident where patient loss too much blood. Hospital keep 1 unit for really emergency situation to keep the person alive. But ask in the next 2-3 hr you have to arrange it.

Anyway this is hypothetical situation. Just like in the show. Even in the reality there is no company who check marital status for hiring. Katha can get atleast 25 lakh loan from bank easily. Aadi didn't have life insurance which is weird. No doctor will tell you you have to arrange 1cr rupees in 1 week. Doctors are easily able to diagnose worst case situation and prepare the family.

I understand you are trying to explain thought process of Viaan. But, thing is that Hitlter also had a thought process which propelled him to kill 6 million Jews.

Viaan's situation is incomparable. This was a case of misunderstood unconsensual sexual harrassment with consent but, without blackmailing and coersion. A lot of contradictory words togather but, it is a truth. Such situation can't be replicated without any of the examples I read.

But, thought process can never be a justification. This case was that of a crime and the show doesn't whitewash it (don't know about the current episode). Hope it doesn't do that in future too. Although BTS gave me some hope.

misunderstanding is misunderstanding whether it comes out of prejudice or hatred. Most of the misunderstanding happens due to a wrong-opinion.

How many work in corporate company that volunteers would need to check with corporate company? Millions of people out there who have rare blood and willing to donate, no need to go to corporate office.
